What's best: The ability to easily locate reporters and editors and maintain a centralized database of media contacts. There is also integration with social media. The lists are also routinely updated.

I also like that you can easily search by markets and specific locations. I wish cision automatically saved all the searches you created and that multiple people can be logged in on one account. I also dislike that at times the contacts listed can be outdated and incorrect. I've run into that more than a couple of times. I can usually locate the right contact after but I'd rather have it on the first try. I also don't like that when you copy/export contacts to google docs or excel the phone number often gets messed up since it recognizes it as a command and not a plus sign in a number.
