I've only used Cision twice, both times to send out Press Releases for our company. I really liked that it automatically gives you analytics on who's picked up the article. It also gives you recommendations for who you should send it to, depending on your region or field of work that the article is related to. It's not the easiest to understand at first. There are a lot of ways to send out a PR and it doesn't exactly guide you to which way you should start with, depending on the type of release you're putting out. The platform is constantly evolving and easy to use. They were recently acquired by PR Newswire so their platform is very streamlined to work in conjunction with that system, but is also great for anyone that uses BusinessWire.
