**What do you like best about CIS Records Management System?**

I used CIS during a clinical placement in a large coorporation. It was useful in tracking past and present medical conditions of patients and staying connected with the interdisciplinary team. 

**What do you dislike about CIS Records Management System?**

The overall design and layout could be more aesthetically pleasing although his does not distract from its overall functionality. 

**What problems is CIS Records Management System solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Coordinating with members of a team, organizing past records, providing a lot of informarion with a small amount of clicks.

**What do you like best about CIS Records Management System?**

What I like best about CIS is that it enables the support team to view documents sent in my clients. 

**What do you dislike about CIS Records Management System?**

The only thing I dislike about it us is that it isn't just friendly.

We are solving tax return changes

**What do you like best about CIS Records Management System?**

The software is very powerful and works well for billing.  We have also been able to reconfigure to change how we bill and add additional billing components

**What do you dislike about CIS Records Management System?**

We have a discount system that has never worked properly and because few customers do discounts it hasn't been priority for it to be fixed.

**What problems is CIS Records Management System solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We now bill all our utilities through this software.
