I like the strong ability to create and update records, even custom objects. I love being able to sync emails, meetings and tasks to record in Salesforce. I like the ability to even attach attachments! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Provides fantastic insight as to who read my emails, but more importantly, how many times they have looked at it. This gives me a deeper look into customer's interest levels, which really helps me tailor my pitch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
