What do you like best about Cirrus Insight?

Cirrus Insight has a quick and easy feature that allows me to add my contacts to Salesforce. There are other tracking features, as well, that organize these contacts alongside opportunities and make the email integration very smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cirrus Insight?

The biggest issue is that Cirrus Insight slows down my gmail and adds toolbars that I don't use very often. Instead, the tool bars could show up upon hovering the mouse. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cirrus Insight?

No question, the ease for our Sales Executives to adds leads and contacts to Salesforce without having to log in saves our team an administrative burden. What do you dislike about Cirrus Insight?

The email tracking feature feels pretty unreliable. It seems that company spam filters are showing up as clicks and opens. This makes any metrics around email tracking feel unreliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cirrus Insight solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is an exceptional tool for our inside sales team, however we use multiple tools on the team and it seems that others have capabilities that are favored by the team. Outreach for example seems to be a popular tool. We also have to rely on Salesforce for Outlook to do some of the syncing of activities for our reach and frequency metrics. What do you like best about Cirrus Insight?

Stats like opens, clicks, and integration with Salesforce. I think the scheduling capabilities look good but haven’t used them yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Before jumping into cirrus, check if it's the best solution for what you are looking for. If you are looking for a sales engagement tool, I don't think is the best one, but in the other hand if you are looking for a simple tool that just logs your activity then is good.
