What do you like best about Cirrus Insight?

I use a lot of the features, but I love being able to update SFDC records directly from my email. I can add contacts, track my emails and confirm all of my proposal deliveries without having to copy/paste anything! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cirrus Insight solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have booked multiple meetings through the calendar feature, which is a huge help because it reduces my steps by at least 50%. I never have to worry if a communication is logged in SFDC due to time restraints, because I can track my emails without so much as 2 extra clicks. Additionally, being able to make changes to SFDC without having to open any additional windows, copy/paste, save, is very helpful. I do like that I can time my emails, but I haven't quite perfected my use of that particular feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cirrus Insight?

I love this app for appointment setting. And, it's FREE! Send an email to your prospective appointment with up to 6 open slots. They select one and your calendar is automatically updated! If none work, they select None of These Work For Me. Saves soooo much back and forth. Totally integrated with gmail and google calendar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cirrus Insight?

Currently, you can only send to one recipient - i.e., you cannot use it to set an appointment with multiple people. So for a team meeting or conference all this doesn't work - yet. I understand they are building out this functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cirrus Insight?

The versatility and the ability to leverage SF information. I use Cirrus for a ton of things. Prior to downloading Cirrus, I had multiple apps to do many of the things that Cirrus had built into its platform. The schedule feature is also amazing because it takes the stress out of scheduling (if you're busy you can easily get caught up in another task as you plan to add stuff to your calendar). Cirrus is a great way to manage your inbox overall. Instead of seperate add-ons (in my case Tasks, Notes, Calendar, Mail Merge, etc) I used Cirrus to manage everything. What do you dislike about Cirrus Insight?

The layout isn't very appealing and it can be hard to troubleshoot issues on your own (settings pane options not very clear)I think there are a lot of great features but it took me a while to get accustomed to the layout. Some simple changes would make the product a lot more user-friendly. Also, I wish there were more simple support resources (actual documents) that explained some of the features in more detail. Some features would of been helpful but I didn't necessarily understand what they were when I first saw them mentioned on the website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cirrus Insight?

It makes my job easier! It quickly connects me to the accounts I need and gives me options to help make my job easier. It shows me the tasks I have for the day and allow me task management options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cirrus Insight?

I don't like that it will automatically attach to my personal accounts/email when I'm on one device. I'd prefer to be able to log into my personal email without having Cirrus open with it. I have not seen a way to avoid this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cirrus Insight solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have not seen any problems but would prefer to have training on the system. I'm sure there is much more I can do with it if I have more learning. Benefits are that it quickly connects and adds to my accounts without me needing to do anything. What do you like best about Cirrus Insight?

I love cirrus because of the email tracking and direct salesforce integration. This helps me track which prospects are responsive and stay on top of my leads. It's also very helpful during the negotiation and quoting stages of a deal because I can make sure that my prospects review my quotes and follow up links. It's the best! What do you dislike about Cirrus Insight?

I don't like that sometimes it can be clunky and that it frequently disconnects from Chrome, causing me to have to reload my browser and sign back in on the gmail extension. Additionally, it often tracks me opening my own email even from my cirrus-enabled browser, throwing off my total email prospecting statistics and skewing my data. What problems is Cirrus Insight solving and how is that benefiting you?

I'm able to easily determine the success rate of cold email campaigns and have that strategic advantage when following up via phone call. It has greatly increased my lead conversion rates and the automatic tracking to salesforce ensure that there is no info forgotten about or any activities that weren't logged. If you are looking a simple email automation and tracking platform, Cirrus insight is a good fit. For anyone looking for an abundance of features and more granular control (especially regarding email automation), I would recommend another (more expensive) platform like Outreach. Cirrus often causes my Outlook to crash. I've worked with tech support on this, but we never came to a conclusion. It's a shame, because it's very useful when it works, however it has disrupted my work days enough that I find I utilize it's functionality less and less, because I don't want to risk crashing.
