Firstly the detailed and seamlessly integrated dashboard in my gmail inbox. It is easy to get instantly up to date on any contact or account I am working on. The email tracking and link tracking are an added bonus. There isnt much I dont like about the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think the signature extraction could be better. I also think when logging a meeting from my calendar it would be nice to have a notes sections to recap from the meeting without the client or anyone on the invite seeing them (might be how our companies is setup up) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Cirrus is helpful because it eliminates needing 3+ different Chrome extension / add-ons to your Gmail (templates, scheduling, calendar, etc.) For me, syncing e-mails automatically to Salesforce is probably the biggest value. I also use the 'send later' feature quite a bit. Other features I like - adding a Salesforce contact directly from Gmail, open/click tracking metrics, and templates. I don't use it for scheduling, so can't speak to that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I get logged out unexpectedly quite a bit. I don't mind logging back into Cirrus professionally, but for awhile, Cirrus would show up on my personal gmail accounts. When I reached out to customer support about the issue, they told me to log back in to my work account, go to my settings, and unselect my personal accounts. I was frustrated that I had to keep doing that over and over again. It hasn't happened in awhile, so hopefully it's resolved. Still, it's just generally buggy at times. A bunch of connectivity issue notifications will pop up instead of just one, for example. Sometimes e-mails won't sync for awhile or will disappear. Things like that. Customer support is generally helpful and wants to do a good job, but they are limited in what they can do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the side bar features and how you can virtually do everything from the sidebar without having to go into salesforce. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing so far. I am liking all of the features it has to offer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The tool is made for organizational purposes and makes sure that nothing falls through the cracks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One thing that is very annoying is that many times throughout the week I am required to sign in again to Cirrus and validate my credentials. This uses up a lot of my time since I need to be confirming email address. I've even had to install and uninstall the extension since I cannot close or minimize the bubble it has. Salesforce integration is the best I have ever experienced! Ease of use and fluid UI Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Desync/server issue sometimes but easily fixed with refreshing your inbox :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like how Cirrus Insight helps me track my emails with Salesforce. I can see what account I am talking to and pull up information about the account without having to open another screen. It makes my day that much easier! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes it goes down and I have to reinstall it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love working from my email and being able to simply click "Add to Salesforce" to get my engagement with my recruit documented. Way better than working in LinkedIn to engage with recruits. Being able to view the transaction in Salesforce with just a click is also a great feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Every moment until you learn how to reduce the size of the CI display when you don't need it is a pain. But once you learn how to do it it takes no time at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My favorite feature of Cirrus Insight is that I can set reminders to follow up on emails I've sent. It returns the email thread to the top of my Gmail inbox and allows me to pick up where I left off. I am not great at keeping my email organized and Cirrus has helped me quite a bit.
Other things I like: Salesforce integration was seamless and being able to easily log emails adds a layer of accountability to client interactions. Others on my team enjoy tracking email reads/clicks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My only complaint so far is that the plug-in sometimes causes my Google Chrome to run slowly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love that Cirrus Insight allows me to record tasks and emails automatically, so I don't need to log back into Salesforce, automation definitely saves tons of time. I like also that I can use merge fields in emails, so I can personalize them and quickly reach out lot's of prospects.
I think that Cirrus has much more to offer compared to what we are using right now, we don't have the full license, but I think we might be getting the flights soon, so it's going to simplify the process for sending out campaigns and having better cadence with outgoing emails. The tool is not reliable when it shows clicks and opens, I wish that they would not track my own clicks and opens. It might show 100% open rate, but email was actually never opened by the recipient, just I clicked on it as a sender. Additionally when I create templates the formatting is off, so I need to reinvent the wheel every time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
