What do you like best about Cirrus Insight?

Cirrus Insight connects my Salesforce account to my email and makes my job so much easier because of it. I don't have to worry about saving emails or tracking anything. Cirrus Insight does it all for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One of the things I like least about Cirrus Insight is that sometimes it slows my computer down. I think it may be slightly bulky on the back-end, but this is a rare occurrence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cirrus Insight?

Notifying me when someone looks at my email.I also like when we are able to get an update regarding how many times they log in online. I was able to save multiple account due to cirrus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cirrus Insight?

I love being able to slide Cirrus Inisght out of sight and focus on my inbox when needed. In an instant, I can view campaign history for my contact and write a personal message to them that reflects a thorough knowledge of their involvement with my organization. What do you dislike about Cirrus Insight?

When adding an email to salesforce, it is sometimes hard to select the correct contact and exact opportunity or campaign utilzing the search engine. I wish the search would prioritize campaigns by created date so that I can view campaigns created in the most recent years first, not just campaigns that match the name I'm entering. What do you like best about Cirrus Insight?

What do you like best about Cirrus Insight?

I like the feature in the email and being able to access things more quickly. I love the simple user-friendly aspects of the application also! I think Cirrus has also improved within the last year, and many of my coworkers and people within my organization are constantly looking fr different aspects of the application to use that we have not come in contact with yet. What do you like best about Cirrus Insight?

Cirrus insight is incredibly helpful when tracking email (this is the only function I use it for). Cirrus links well with Salesforce and allows me to type in a case number and add my email communication to a case for everyone to view. This is an excellent time saver and it streamlines my processes. It has allowed for more information to be spread quickly and it is easier to get the information where it needs to go. What do you dislike about Cirrus Insight?

The downside to Cirrus for me is that it has moments where it will not work and it keeps populating error messages. I have had to uninstall the program and re-install it to get it working correctly again. That takes away from the convenience. I have had to do this around 3 times in about a year of using the service. Occasionally I get error messages while Cirrus is working correctly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you are looking to streamline email saving and share the email contents directly with other team members, Cirrus is the way to go. It simplifies longer processes and allows more tasks to be completed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Cirrus has streamlined my information sharing. Before, I had to copy each conversation and make a note in Salesforce. While it doesn't seem like it would take much time, it added up when making 30-80+ entries in a day.
