What do you like best about Cirrus Insight?

Juan is probably the best support engineer that I have ever dealt with, at any company. He is very responsive and communicative. It is also very easy when you have one person that understands your organization and how everything runs.

I think that Zynbit has come out with a lot of great features lately but I believe we have to upgrade our plan to benefit from those. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cirrus Insight?

My favorite feature about Cirrus Insight is that it integrates with my Gmail Suite and Salesforce account management system. What do you like best about Cirrus Insight?

My favorite feature of Cirrus is it pulls your email templates over from Salesforce to be used in your inbox. Before I started using Cirrus I was doing a lot of copying and pasting for my templates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cirrus Insight?

The only negative thing I can say about this is that when I initially signed up it took several tries to get it connected with my Salesforce. And now that it's connected, logging in every day can be cumbersome sometimes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cirrus Insight?

I love the Salesforce integration. You're able to directly connect with a tab on the side of your email that gives SFDC details regarding the contacts you're interacting with. You can also always open the referenced contact directly in SFDC if you need to make edits or see more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cirrus Insight?

There are constant updates required and sometimes (when my internet is connecting) it will freeze my emails or send me 20 "error connecting" messages in a row. I use gmail and sometimes Cirrus bogs down the email responsiveness to a crawl. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cirrus Insight solving and how is that benefiting you?

I've realized how important it can be to automatically update SFDC records and log emails. There are many many handy built in features like follow up reminders and email scheduling. I would say the SFDC integration is the best though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cirrus Insight?

The best part are the notifications I receive updating me whether someone opened my email, this gives me the ability to follow up instantly while I know they're using their phone while also updating info in salesforce Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cirrus Insight?

Sometimes the add-on is difficult to use connecting to salesforce it seems like a lag. It also is somewhat confusing to navigate and you need to start using it before you start calling or emailing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Cirrus Insight:

I would recommend using it especially for entry level positions and cold calling because it flags us to know whether someone that was a cold call, interacted with our email even simply opening it, but also clicking onto things therefore we know they have at least heard of us before. What do you like best about Cirrus Insight?

being able to track emails and to see the opening rates - this is very helpful for my job when doing telephone followup on emails

it is also great to be able to create entries from the side panel and later see them directly in Salesforce

makes worklife so much easier

an immense step towards visibility and data mangement which makes internal communication definitely much more attainable.

that it sometimes disconnects from the google mail dashboard and has to be restartet -

another problem occuring sometimes is that the date of the attached mail in Salesforce has a wrong date - sometimes dates like 2023 are attached

What do you like best about Cirrus Insight?

My ability to track the life of emails, clicks, etc. has sharpened my focus significantly and allows me to spend my time more effectively than I have ever been able to. Also, the ability to set detailed, follow-up reminders, that I have synched with my Salesforce, makes my inbox one of the most important resources in my sales toolbox. Its integration with salesforce and gmail, generates reliable and important data for day-to-day and long-term use. The functions of tracking emails and sending later, are extremely useful. It synchronizes calendars with optimum efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
