What I like best about Cirrus Insight is, that I don´t have to put Mails in SalesForce manually anymore. I always see if the contact I am writing to is in SalesForce, yet. It is really a big benefit in my daily work to have a tool seamlessly integrated into my Google Mail Account. Because my time is precious and I don´t want to wast it on a minor, but still important, tasks, Cirrus Insight helps me to organize and Focus on the important Tasks in my Day to day work. Very often a Mail is put in SalesForce twice without obvious reason at all. Besides that, it takes too long until SalesForce and Cirrus Insight have shared new Data when bringing a new Contact in Salesforce. Maybee Cirrus Insight takes up a little too much space on my Laptop Screen when I run it in my Google Mail Account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
it is a big help to log my emails automatically and manually and I was very happy with the customer service when I needed it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
calendar sync only works Salesforce > Google, not the other way around, but salesforce created events in google calendar don't show important information like location, guests or additional information. I also think that Cirrus could be so much more than just an email or calendar sync programm but as I was filling out this survey, I realized that maybe it is and my company just hasn't enabled all of the features? it would be really great to be able to use Cirrus as a UI for salesforce that works from Google Mail so you don't have to switch from Google to Salesforce and back all the time. that would probably increase the % of field sales managers updating their data by at least 50%! I like the ability to easily add new contacts to my salesforce accounts. As a Sales Manager, this tool improves my daily workflow and makes the previously manual entry of contacts and communications in salesforce so much easier than it used to be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Auto-logging emails does not work consistently. I have to login and logout of the outlook plugin frequently to keep it working as expected. The application itself does a great job with what it is supposed to do, my biggest complaint is the issues with the client in outlook. As outlook is my preferred email client, I don't like the UI. The side bar window is impossible to scale to the appropriate size, creating issues when trying to quickly see the information I need. On top of that, I frequently have issues with the Outlook client loading and/or logging in without having to close out of everything and basically uninstall and reinstall the add-in over and over again. I am an office manager at a commercial real estate firm and my brokers use this software all the time. It saves us a lot of time and energy in doing research. I think the feature that I love the move about this software is the ability to integrate Cirrus Insight into your Outlook email platform. That is the best because it makes CRM better, and it also make scheduling easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Honestly, nothing comes to mind. I think I need to learn more about everything this software has to offer to find something I dislike. Although, installing the email integration app into Outlook was a little bit more difficult than I had hoped. I work for about a dozen brokers and getting them to comprehend and implement the integration software was difficult. I ended up doing it for them instead of them installing it themselves because they couldn't figure it out on their own, even though I spelled it out, step by step. Although, sometimes they are just lazy and don't want to do work and want me to do it for them... so perhaps the software isn't hard to install, it's probably just a lack of commitment on our end. The ability to edit and create SFDC records in the Gmail inbox is a great time saver. Not having to switch back and forth between SFDC and Gmail is really valuable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Too often users find that they have been logged out and cannot log back in successfully, or the chrome extension has stopped working and needs to be reinstalled. The tool is still a little too unreliable at times for this to be a full recommendation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ability to upload attached docs to standard and custom sales force objects Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Can only assign one standard or custom object besides the contact object Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Cirrus Insight is incredibly helpful in supporting my recruitment efforts with students and connecting with a large number of people. I am able to track all of my emails (inbound and outbound) within my CRM and it removes the need for extra notes with each contact point. It also allows me to track when and how often a student or colleague opens my email. This is extremely helpful in allowing me to know if a student is still interested or disregarding my emails. The booking feature used to setup appointments is also very helpful despite some glitches,. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The issue that comes up most often is that sometimes you have to manually connect each individual email to be saved in the CRM if it was not done so already. Additionally, when a student reaches out from a different email address it cannot be easily saved in the CRM. The scheduling is great in theory but has several glitches that mess up your calendar if you do not check every time. It would be great if there was an option to save multiple email addresses for each student to help solve the first connection issue. It would also be great if we could track a mass email to many students at once in order to avoid having to send one email at a time in order to track them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Let's customers select an appointment time based on my availability that matches theirs. Logs emails accurately into Salesforce for future reference. Also provides minimal email tracking like opens. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Scheduling tool lacks the ability to create custom zones for specific activities. One schedule has to work for all activities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Cirrus helps me to track whether the recipient has opened the email, providing me with the knowledge that my email reached the intended audience and/or that is was engaging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It disconnects a fair bit so you have to reconnect it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
