Circula has become my go-to multiple times a week. Its unmatched ease of use, seamless implementation, and stellar customer support simplify my frequent expense tasks. Very unintuitive to use on the smartphone webapp application. The dropdown UI is bad and covers all other fields and causes the selection screen to jump.
Also there are straight up features, which I could not find on the mobile app, e.g. selection of the per diems for reimbursement.

Overall, I am satisfied with Circula, but I'd like to point out a minor issue I encountered. When canceling my submitted travel expenses, I initially had difficulty locating the "Cancel" button. It is positioned quite low in the window, and on a MacBook, it can be a bit challenging to access due to the frequent popping up of the menu.
This is certainly nitpicking at a high level, but it would be helpful if the accessibility of this function could be improved. Perhaps repositioning the "Cancel" button or optimizing the menu behavior on MacBooks could address this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
