Before Circula, reimbursements in our company were troublesome: there was a lot of back and forth with difficult-to-fill and hard-to-understand Excel files. I used to receive my reimbursements days after my business trips. Now, thanks to the process being so easy and intuitive, I receive my reimbursement even before my travel, simply by sharing the booking receipts—a concept that was unimaginable before. The design of Circula is very pretty and it gives you a perfect overview of everything. It looks very modern and doesn't require much time for you to type in your expenses, so you can easily type in everything in under 5 minutes, of course depending on your case.
