HR element of the system is very user friendly, intuitive and easy to configure. HR consultancy provided throughout the project has been very good. The organisation as a whole have quickly adapted to and adopted the new system in place, and prefer it much more than the incumbent HR platform, which was clunky & outdated. Payroll services provided are not yet to the standard expected, with numerous issues taking a pro-longed period of time to work through with Ciphr, albeit some are teething issues which are to be expected during the early stages of a new payroll implementation.
