We had hoped to leverage the platform to send automated welcome emails to new commercial clients and introduce them to their dedicated account manager, segmented by service type and zip code. Unfortunately, because Cinch organizes all accounts under the “bill to” contact, it blocks the ability to reach property-specific contacts. As a result, automation can only target the billing contact — who is not always the right person overseeing the property or service. This structural limitation makes the platform difficult to use effectively for our commercial communication needs. **What problems is Cinch Marketing Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cinch Marketing Automation is helping us eliminate the manual effort and inconsistency that often comes with customer communication.
