Not being able to do certain tasks even as the administrator and when batches have different dates it takes a while to research to fix the issue. Not all of the information entered into CINC does, in fact, sync with our other software SenEarthCo, which means that we have to enter some of the same information twice into two different software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Effective performance is a key part to any management software. I think a key ingredient to this is CINC's integrated partners. These partners have essentially bought in to our success, and do everything possible to make our everyday job as easy and stress-free as possible. I love that our accounts are reconciled on a daily basis. I love that we can complete a mass-mailing with a click of a button. I love that we are able to offer so many different payment options to our clients. I haven't explored the new online voting option, but I look forward seeing what they have to offer. I believe the major downside to CINC is the violation application. It is very tedious, laborious and time consuming. The off-line work option doesn't work half of the time. There are constantly glitches with correspondences created. Letters are hard to edit. Pictures cannot be time and dates stamped. The list goes on and on. This is one time in CINC where I feel I have to double, triple, quadruple check every time I use it..and that still does not mean that everything will come out correct in the end. We started using CINC in 2016 and immediately saw an increase in our profitability utilizing the management module. The way CINC is setup allows us to have greater visibility of each step of the accounting process and we have seen a drastic improvement in our ability to complete monthly financials. The violation app is still full of bugs and my team is reporting functionality issues and we are still experiencing data connectivity issues even after trying every major cellular provider. The offline feature is still not working correctly. The lack of custom reporting is an issue. I like how it posts payments and the group reports and other reporting options.

I think the custom reports needs to enhanced and easier to use.

Also the budget format needs to be enhanced to allow for budget reports that can be sent out directly from Cinc to the boards and homeowners.

I also don't like that the budget export doesn't keep the allocation that was uploaded when you reexport or from year to year.

I would also like to see that the ACH information can be copied back and forth from the information page to the offsite address page as it has to be reentered when people move from address to address. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The energy and resources CINC is investing in its technology are exciting. The only thing they could do better is to have me come down and sit beside the developers to whisper in their ears and cheer them on! Nothing comes fast enough for clients, of course, but the roadmap is an exciting start to great things to come. I believe CINC is on track to be the BEST industry software.

The Portfolio Manager Module has been long-awaited and, even though it is in the early stages and somewhat limited, our manager--who hate to have to learn anything new, by the way, are LOVING it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As said in what I like best, nothing comes fast enough. Their priorities are not always my priorities, but I realize I am only one customer among many.

I do not love the website templates, and I'm excited that new ones are coming out. I hope they give more flexibility than the current ones because our clients are craving it. And I hope they are a bit easier to set up and use.

I could write a book about the changes I'd love to see in webaxis, but I'm trying to be patient and see what comes out.

Reporting is probably one of the weakest links in the CINC chain. We have long been promised updates to report look and functionality and reporting options and are still waiting...somewhat patiently. But when you think about it, reporting to our boards of directors is absolutely one of the most important aspects of our business so it hurts to be behind in that area. Assistance at the implementation phase was above and beyond our expectations. CINC's implementation team worked with us constantly and assisted throughout the entire process. Continued support was just as helpful and responsive as the implementation team. CINC continues to be updated with great services and information regarding the updates are very helpful. CINC is able to perform many functions that other programs cannot and we were given walkthroughs and instructions on how to take advantage of those functions. We have not experienced any issues that weren't resolved. Either there was a solution to this problem we were having, or they added a solution to the site; a wonderful benefit of their continued maintenance. I love that CINC constantly updates each year with more offerings for our communities and managers to use for the most transparency and communication with our customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
