ChurnZero Pricing Overview

OOB capabilities mean configuration and not customization. We're doing things two months in that were not in our plans until next year because it is simple and intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not all of the operational, tactical configurations are straightforward to understand - am I doing this right?!?; however, the ChurnZero Community site is excellent! On the customer tracking side it was awesome. Very robust, and good at tracking customer lifecycle, and building out automation for it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It had the start of additional features, like in app guides, checklists, and other items. But they never worked well, and they were limited to the single page. Not as robust as other in app tools. Then the cost was extreme for what you got. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
