What do you dislike about Churnkey?

What do you like best about Churnkey?

Churnkey makes it easy to create custom cancel flows to help identify cancellation reasons and solve those with a special offer. The team is great to work with and the software is easy to use regardless if you are on a managed of self-serve plan. Churnkey was easy to integrate. We use Churnkey on a daily basis, mostly to recover failed invoices. We plan to incorporate more features in our processes.
