"Best way to retain the customer"
What do you like best about Churn Solution?

The standout feature for me is the customizable cancellation flows. Once, we used it to set up a flow where clients got targeted offers based on their activity. It instantly boosted our retention rates. It’s super useful in personalizing our outreach to keep customers engaged. One time, we ran a flow that suggested specific offers based on past purchase history, which made a huge difference in retention. What do you dislike about Churn Solution?

Sometimes, the interface could be a bit more intuitive. When setting up a flow, I got confused with the step-by-step layout. Simplifying the UI or adding a help guide might make the process easier, especially for new users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
