It took me a long time to learn how to use it in a consistent way (years) but my persistence paid off. It seems to be built for people who have a thorough understanding of computers and I am not at that level. There are a lot of ways to set up and use the software. It can be confusing. I'd recommend offering an alternative interface designed to communicate in an easier, step-by-step approach, perhaps illustrated, to make the experience more simple and full-proof. You have to be extremely thorough in your planning and understand that Chronosync will duplicate without regard for content. If you corrupt your data content, it will faithfully and dutifully duplicate the data content. File duplication is NOT the same as "Backup". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
