Chrome Remote Desktop is SUPER easy to set up, for you and for your end users, especially if Chrome is already widely integrated within your organization. Unfortunately, as with many Google products, quality support is pretty limited from Google's end. Most of the support you'll find is user-based and housed on the Google forums, and these responses are sometimes conflicting, especially if there are time differences.
