"Great and Accessible Programmatic Platform"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Choozle?

Our favorite part is how easy it is to make custom audiences, and forecast predicted engagement. Creative upload is easy as well! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Choozle?

The process for planning and implementing geo-fencing campaigns could be a bit easier, but honestly it's still better than most other platforms we've used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent platform for smaller scale in-house display campaigns"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Choozle?

Love the flexibility, scalability, ROI, low threshold of budget commitment. The account staff's been awesome in providing any assistance, insights, and answers to any questions on the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Choozle?

The reporting interface a bit basic upfront, but sufficient enough to closely manage the campaign. Some of the analysis needs to be done with data exports. Having additional data upfront on the dashboards would have been great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great programmatic platform and they have great customer support"
5/5
What do you like best about Choozle?

One of the best benefits is that they have no minimum budget requirements which is great for small businesses. Their account managers are very responsive and they provide great support and recommendations for running successful campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Choozle?

The reporting could be more detailed and the UI could use some upgrades but the platform is very easy to learn, especially if you are used to setting up campaigns within Google. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Choozle Review"
4/5
What do you like best about Choozle?

Helpdesk, quick responses. It is a no brainer for advertisers who need access to the Trade Desk but can not meet the minimum spend requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Choozle?

The interface is not the best. When I want to see certain views of data sometimes I can not view those myself and I have to reach out to the helpdesk. This takes more time than needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Choozle?

Simple platform, with plenty of functionality and a wide audience selection. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Choozle?

A more robust onboarding tutorial would be helpful, but it's not strictly necessary as the interface is fairly straightforward and becomes familiar quite easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Choozle?

It would be great if the data sets maintained their full name (source especially) when creating audiences, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Good but missing one feature to make it greaty"
2.5/5
What do you like best about Choozle?

I like the simplicity of the interface and reporting. It makes running programmatic ads extremely easy. The access to thrid-party data is also great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Choozle?

The BIGGEST issue is there is no planning/forecasting tool. You have no idea how a campaign with your bid will perform. This is strange because The Trade Desk, which Choozle is built on, offers a forecasting tool. So you really have no idea how a campaign and budget will actually perform once you layer on targeting and data criteria.

Another issue is that there is a lack of control over where ads are placed. A very simple feature would be a way to exclude ad placements depending on keywords in the URL especially since category targeting is really bad.

For example, why would I ever want to serve an ad on a site that is not a .com? Another example is I don't want ads on URL that contain the keyword movie or game. Or what about a low-quality publisher that has multiple variations of the same media site? You can't set up block filters to catch these sites. So, unfortunately, your ads may end up on low-quality websites, many of which I would argue are complete scams at best. This is not a platform issue, it's an industry issue with display ads, however, Choozle could provide the tools to fix this on the user side. The answer that I am currently told is I have to find these sites and add them individually to an exclusion list. That is not scalable as these low-quality sites pop up all the time. It's really frustrating to see ad money wasted when I do want access to as much inventory as possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Sarah Lilly of Choozle

We appreciate your feedback and why we are glad to hear you find Choozle simple to use and leverage third-party data with ease, we are sorry to hear you had a frustrating experience. Site exclusions can be tricky, and as you said it is an industry issue rather than a Choozle platform issue. That being said, we are always looking for ways to improve your experience and make campaign creation and management easier so your feedback has been passed along to our engineering team. Additionally, as a Choozle client, you have access to our Choozle Help Center, the Choozle Knowledge Base, and Academy, and are able to request ad-hoc campaign optimization calls that are run by our excellent account coordinator team to ensure your campaigns are optimized to access the inventory you are looking for, making the most of your ad dollars!
