Some reporting is not always clear. You have to pay an additional cost for detailed insights and demographics, plus they don't have a reference sheet for app or TV codes. Using the Choozle platform was a mixed bag with refers to performance. Our agency works with high-end real estate developers and marketing their offerings. We didn't see the success we'd like and only used Choozle for three months. While our experience with our campaigns was less than stellar after the first month, the customer services and onboarding made us hopeful that things would eventually improve. Our client made several changes to their site based on Choozle's compliance requirements, which was communicated by an account manager. The requirements kept changing and the account manager took no responsibility for this and could not care less that our client had been changing their site several times. In the end, the clients' site SEO was severely affected which massively damaged their business. The sales and management did not seem to think that there was an issue with the way the AM was communicating - it was obvious from the email chain that we were getting different instructions over a period of months.
