I came across CHILI around 3 years ago whilst looking at platforms to help improve speed to market when working with some global brands that delivered large amounts of localised omnichannle content. As we have all seen the need to deliver content faster has been growing for a while, however the NEED to deliver qualiaty content that is relavant in market and personalised to the consumers is fast becoming the norm. CHILI gave us this and over the past few years GraFX has become better and faster, it provides a tech echosystem allowing teams to generate and deliver high personallised content. It is a very versatile tool which we use to create editable templates for print-on-demand portals. We have barely run into any limitations in desired outcome and through CHILI have very often made our customers impressed and happy with the result. 1. The integration process was marred by numerous challenges stemming from their legacy software, lack of proper documentation and support.

2. The product fell short of our expectations, making it a frustrating and time-consuming endeavor for our team. We realized that some of the core features that were shown during the sales demo was not even present in the final software!!

3. The lack of adequate support and communication further exacerbated the issues.

CHILI GraFx is revolutionising the creative automation space. I have only used GraFx studio in a testing place. However for the past year I have been using GraFx publisher with various customers and it is amazing tool.
