I like that LineLeader by ChildcareCRM has everything built in from scheduling tours to taking payments to enrolling a student.

The customer service was not accurate and didn't help me. The sales team mentioned there were to be a lot of features that did not work for my situation. Also, the initial setup was very difficult.

I use LineLeader by ChildcareCRM as a client management system for enrolling students, taking payments, and scheduling.

I love how easy it is to use! It intergrades with a lot of programs.

When I've needed assistance getting forms updated it's taking a bit of time in the past. But, that may have updated since then.

The work flow, it's very simple and straight to the point so it takes the guess work out of what the next step is.

CRM makes it very easy to see which families have an interest in our center and are waiting for a space and what their time frame is for enrolling. Also gives us easy access to families that might need additional information before committing.

It would be nice if we could use 2 filters at the same time instead of just one.

**What do you like best about LineLeader by ChildcareCRM?**

I love how we were able to eliminate several other platforms and use just one to meet our needs. Having the enrollment side, manage side along with billing all in one place has been great. I also like that they are constantly putting webinars out there for users to become more familiar with the platform. I like the help chat feature so that we can try to get answers to some of our immediate concerns. I like that you are able to pull various reports to gather more insights on what is going on at each center. I also like how you are able to efficiently communicate with leads and existing families. Lastly, I like how staff members and leads can get email and text reminders about meetings, tours and follow-up tasks.

**What do you dislike about LineLeader by ChildcareCRM?**

Some of the downsides of Lineleader include accuracy for reported data and reports. It also seems that the system has a lot of loose ends that create unnecessary work and stress, for example, if a lead schedules a tour and then gets an automated text reminder about the tour with an option to reschedule and they reschedule, it does not cancel out the original tour on the calendar. It also does not send an alert that a tour has been rescheduled or cancelled to the staff member. So we are often left wondering if someone will be showing up or not, when they already rescheduled online. Another difficulty is the fact that it is not a seamless transition from lead in Enroll to Registered in Manage. For example, when a lead is prompted to fill out forms while in the Enroll side, once they switch to manage, a lot of the information does not carry over like authorized pick ups, allergies, etc. So it then creates double work with having to manually input information into the system that is already captured through the completed forms. In addition, while the chat feature is helpful, sometimes if the representative is unable to answer the question it will get escalated and take a very long time for someone to follow back up. On the manage side, the input for teacher lesson plans on the Manage side is very tedious and teh whole process is time consuming and not effective. I do not like how Lineleader is unable to do automatic charges to accounts for ex. late fees, etc. Lots of things need to be done manually which wastes time. Lastly, not having the ability to view and manage the calendar on the Enroll side for all locations has been very daunting. It was a feature that was available before an update was done where I was able to view the master calendar, but then it got taken away and now I can only see each campus calander by clicking on it individually. I manage all campuses so this can get very confusing. I have reached out several times about this with no result still.

Lineleader is helping to solve the issue of managing leads and managing enrolled families all in the same place.

Our representative is always helping us connect with the development team. It is an easy program to be in throughout the day, every day. We appreciate the support and consideration in tailoring a product to fit our needs. A feature I previously requested was added and has made continued communication with our market much faster in the way we take action. I'm looking to future possible developments.

I want to see the child's age and start date from the action tab for task completion. I want to be able to select and complete bulk actions from the dashboard using templates. I want to be able to mass assign a task.

The customer support and the number of features that I can access. Adrienne has been fabulous in helping me navigate through the system as a new employee and I am really greatful for the follow-up emails to meet-up with me and make sure all is well on my end!

Sometimes the system is to slow or down when I have a tour checking in and messages also are delayed to Parents as well.

The Customer Service aspect has been great while I am learning the system.  Adrienne Strong has taken much of her time to ensure I understand and use the system to the fullest potential.

I like the ease of use and the ability to switch locations without having to log out of the current location.

The only thing I don't like about LineLeader is the limited flexibility of filtering some reports.

**What do you like best about LineLeader by ChildcareCRM?**

The most helpful tool we have is keeping in contact with people. Without people and the reminders to call, families in the past have fallen to the wayside. In today's instant gratification society, Lineleader allows us the ability to stay on top of our future family clientele. Every lead matters and Line Leader ensures we don't lose them. We'll never go back to not using a CRM service for our schools. The onboarding customer support was great and I'm very happy with the ease of integration on our website.

**What do you dislike about LineLeader by ChildcareCRM?**

Implementation was harder with my team than I thought it would be. I don't believe I fully utilize the tools in the back end of ENROLL for marketing purposes. I would like to know more in the form of email tutorials rather than scowering the HELP section (which is helpful). I read every email sent my way for ideas, tips, and tricks, and more about marketing and using those tools would be great. We also would switch to all of Line Leader services, however you do not have a security feature for keypad codes.

We lost leads. We essentially had no call back waitlist and that is now changed!

Prior to using Childcare CRM, our enrollment systems and processes were unorganized and reactionary. This system helped us create workflows to streamline our enrollment process and to create accountability among our team. Now, we are confident that there are no missed opportunities when it comes to families inquiring about care at our centers. We also hear positive feedback from our families regarding the timliness and organization of our follow ups. They often compliment us on our communication and we owe much of our ability to do so to Childcare CRM.

**What do you dislike about LineLeader by ChildcareCRM?**

The stystem sometimes has quirks and glitches. After using the system for 10 years plus, I am familiar with the work arounds, but some of our newer employees have a hard time with this. We are still using the old format CRM, as the new format was too large of a change and we did not want to retrain our entire team.

As previously stated, I love the automation features that helps us create continuity for our enrollment process. Also, since we have a fairly large team, it allows us to have visibility into each other's actions without having to call or email for updates. It allows multiple users to communicate with families and helps us work as a team. It also creates accountability and oversight, so we know that tasks and follow ups are not being forgotten or put off.

What is most helpful to me is our CRM representative, Adrienne Strong, who has been the most helpful in navigating our CRM tool. Any question or concerns are quickly and thuroughly adressed which is a crucial contributor to our organizations success.

I think the only downside I will share is the wait time when submitting tickets to the software support staff. Some tickets take quite long with little to no update on the progress.

I loved my onboarding process with LineLeader! The weekly check-in meetings were so helpful. I never felt abandoned in the onboarding process, nor was I ever overwhelemed. We tried out another lead management system and the onboarding process was almost completely self-directed which was not helpful for me. I also love the automations (text messages, e-mails, tour reminders, etc.) that LineLeader offers!

I have yet to discover something that I dislike about LineLeader!

LineLeader is easy to use and learn, but there's so much depth to the product that I'm always discovering different ways to use it more efficiently and effectively.

**What do you dislike about LineLeader by ChildcareCRM?**

There are a lot of functions, so it can be difficult to truly become an expert. There are also small things I would change, like being able to give a name to each of your email attachments, instead of having them listed by only the file name.

**What problems is LineLeader by ChildcareCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LineLeader ensures that we're following through with every prospective parent. Before LineLeader, we used spreadsheets to track inquiries and enrollments. LineLeader benefits us by maximizing each inquiry and helping us turn it into a new enrollment.

I think the system is helpful for the interest we get at our daycare.  We have a large amount of families that show their interested and to keep track of who called, time they called, and when they are looking to start helps with keeping track.

**What do you dislike about LineLeader by ChildcareCRM?**

I have connected with customer services about forms that needed to be updated and when they informed me it was changed nothing was updated.

**What problems is LineLeader by ChildcareCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solving having people on the waitlist and the multiple lists we would need of parents contacting us for childcare.  Before we use to use an excel sheet and it was difficult to have all the infomartion that CRM has and the notes we can input and the families we can sort into different categories.

The customer support is amazing and they respond really quick especially in this time of creating a new CRM program. At each turn they are there to support and offer solutions to help build my perfect CRM system.

I wish the site was more easy to edit for the developers to help make the process more streamlined. While they do provide adjustments to my CRM and are working with me; I do think they should update and provide more options to expand into different types of CRM programming.

They are curating me a new CRM to help organize a new programs inquries and navigating new changes with me at this time.

Getting the notifications and having the system send automated emails to parents, etc.

visually don't care for the layout.  I like to see everything I need to accomplish for a family and not get only one notification and then another pops up but if it is missed then it goes to the past due.

connecting with new parents. CRM system is helpful when it comes to connecting and sending automated messages to families so we have one less task to do which is helpful.

LineLeader can provide me with extra support, working in the space alone with many new service opening is challenging and I can be time-poor with some items - such as setting up tour times - which take extra care. I like how easily accessible it is to have new families inquire about your program and have all their information along with their child's information right in front of you when contacting the new inquires.

When creating a filter under the families tab it is not easily accessible to click on one of your families that you created a filter to search for.  For example if you are looking for toddler aged family inquires of people that are on your waitlist and you click on that family and want to go back to your searched list, it will not allow you to go back to the list and you have to reset the filters and create a new search.

Any issues we have had we have passed to our administration to contact out to resolve for us.  The most recent one was making sure families were receiving our waitlist confirmation emails and they confirmed this information.

The automation of the entire process from first contact to follow-up emails is like having a smart and efficient coworker to stay on top of things. I love offering parents the ability to book tours directly on our website and having control over when those can be scheduled with a few quick clicks. I also can't say enough about the ability to make templates for easy and efficient communication.

**What do you like best about LineLeader by ChildcareCRM?**

Line leader makes it easy to maintain a wait list, write notes and keep everything organized.

**What do you dislike about LineLeader by ChildcareCRM?**

For childcare owners with multiple centers it would be better if we could maintain a wait list for the entire organization, not necessarily each center. I have multiple parents that don't care which center they go to, but they have to go under a center in CRM, so I have to maintain a separate list in order to not have to individual go into each centers wait list

**What problems is LineLeader by ChildcareCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It keeps everything organized in one place. Directors are able to see who is starting, what questions they've previously asked, and make notes. It makes communication much better

**What do you like best about LineLeader by ChildcareCRM?**

The beauty of LineLeader is the refreshed look and options of doing all of your work within one platform.  Their ability to integrate multiple software into their system gives childcare owners the freedom to trust and manage their schools from within 1 platform "LineLeader"

**What do you dislike about LineLeader by ChildcareCRM?**

At this time, I cannot think of anything I dislike about LineLeader.  Growing Pains are temporary and I'm sure once everyone is fully loaded into their optimized accounts, we'll have smooth sailing like we've always had.

**What problems is LineLeader by ChildcareCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a single sign-on for the most important applications is the deciding factor in the use of any platform.  But the customer service and affordability of the platform make it a no-brainer.  Who doesn't want the ability to manage their expenses, parent and staff engagement within one platform that actually communicates with each area?

**What do you like best about LineLeader by ChildcareCRM?**

I love that everything is in one place. This makes it so much easier for me to keep track of people looking to enroll or tour our facility. I love that the parents that are enrolling are able to complete our enrollment packet right online. It means less papers and files that I need to keep track of.

**What do you dislike about LineLeader by ChildcareCRM?**

As of right now I do not have anything that I dislike.

**What problems is LineLeader by ChildcareCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is making it so if someone is looking for a spot they can fill out the form and I can see it and call them when it is a convenient time for me instead them calling me when it is inconvenient. I also love that it helps me keep track of when tours are and when kids are starting.
