Although I love that a human always answers the phone, it can sometimes be frustrating when I can't reach the customer specialists familiar with my accounts' particulars. The customer service is amazing! I always hear about other payroll companies being difficult to reach, but CheckWriters is always available to help by email or phone. We don't use all of their features, but they have a very robust system with different platforms, and it's great to have everything in one system.
