What do you like best about Checkr?

Checkr's integration with numerous ATS platforms truly enhances it's utility capabalities. I really enjoy being able to launch background checks and drug screen invitations right from our Bullhorn profiles. The intuitive dashboard design simplifies the process for both our employees and our departments. I use Checkr on a daily basis and have had instances in which I require some assistance, the Chatbot has been extremely helpful and our Checkr representative has always been easy to get a hold of as well. What do you like best about Checkr?

The Greenhouse/Vanta integration is a game changer for us staying on top of complience. We also get really quick results that are easy to understand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Checkr?

Sometimes depending on the candidate name, the matching automation won't complete in Vanta but I don't think this is anything Checkr can change. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Checkr?

They're team will follow up quickly with potential upcharges for services you don't want Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Checkr?

They made promises on services that they adveristed but didn't either include in the actual background checks. They also will try to lock you in for long term agreements when the per check service is cheaper and flexible. They also won't honor contract changes made in accordance with the MSA. I would highly suggest to stay away from this service and customer support and lack of ease of use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Checkr?

Checkr has been great and efficient. Customer service was a little slow, but have picked up recently. Being able to see and overview of all the candidates on one page has been efficient as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Checkr?

Nothing I don't dislike, but a feature that should be consider is a quick peek into the candidates progress. I hate having to open a new window or having to go back into the main page to look at another candidate. I kind of like being able to see my list of candidates to one side and their progress on the other side, kind of like an outlook email. That would make efficiency at 100%. What do you like best about Checkr?

I like that I can simply go into a candidates file, click Checkr, order the package I need, and submit. Checkr grabs the information of the candidate through our ATS system, so I don't have to manually enter it myself. The process is SUPER simple and easy to navigate. The background checks come back super fast as well. I use Checkr every week prior to onboarding new employees. I've never had a need to reach out to Customer Support. I'm sure if I needed assistance with Customer Support, they would be great help. Our corporate office did not have a hard time implementing and integrating Checkr into our ATS system Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Checkr?

The most helpful aspects of Checkr is the user friendly platform they have. The system allows you to select and pay for what you need. Other platforms charge you one overall cost for services you don't need. The other great thing I like about Checkr is the quick turnaround times. Generally speaking, it takes 24-48 hours to acquire the results from a background. In my line of work, quick turn around time periods are key to my clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Checkr?

The integration with Paylocity's Recruiting Module.

Their Customer Service is pretty darn good - very responsive Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Checkr?

I like that the design is straightforward and easy to fill out. It for the most part does not have any bugs or glitches when entering in a client's information. I have to use it weekly and it's nice to easily switch back and forth between different profiles to check on multiple candidates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Checkr?

I dislike that sometimes for even small county searches that it can take weeks to come back. I work with people who are offered time sensitive offers and sometimes with how long the check takes to come back, I have had to have candidates lose out on opportunities because it wasn't back in time. Also, sometimes candidates will have their SSN trace make them suspended and it is no fault of the candidate and it is very hard to reach support with this issue.
