We've had way too many problems with people slipping under the radar due to lackluster background checks. Within the first few weeks of using Checkr, We've caught 2 new hires who lied about their criminal history, one of them had serious allegations against them. We will be using Checkr for the next few decades. All background information that has been provided to us is accurate and does not need further investigations. Is also very user friendly for candidates. We use Checkr for background checks and DOT compliance daily and their customer support is very responsive. **What do you dislike about Checkr?** We honestly don't have anything negative to say about Checkr. **What problems is Checkr solving and how is that benefiting you?** Checkr eliminates a lot of the grunt work and their technology makes it easy to avoid the nitty gritty work. ### 40. Requesting a pre-employment background check and annual MVR check on our fleet staff is super simple with quick turnaround times. **What do you dislike about Checkr?** If something comes back on the background check report, there is no customer support. The report is not reviewed or investigated by a person, and thus, there is no one who can help with further inquiries on the details of the record. The only suggestion they had to offer was to purchase another report. **What problems is Checkr solving and how is that benefiting you?** Checkr makes it simple to order background pre-employment screenings and MVR checks. ### 49.
