What do you like best about checkout.com?

Account support from relationship manager and technical manager is top quality. All the insights, updates are being shared instantly and team had good product and market knowledge, which helps on daily basis. Merchant dashboards are easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about checkout.com?

Performance slightly behind competitors. In order to improve performance merchants need to pay extra cost, which does not make sense especially when competitors are performing better without any extra fee. With Checkout.com we have easy access to all reports, through a quick and intuitive process, which allow us to obtain all the relevant information for analysis and subsequent decision making.

The chargeback handling platform is also easy to use, which increases the ROI for each dispute. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about checkout.com?

The latest version changed the way refunds and chargebacks are recorded, moving their date to the date of the initial transaction (PAID) and not the effective date of the refund or chargeback.

We would be happier if Checkout could offer some local payment methods in Europe & GCC without requiring a local entity in those regions

More instalment (BNPL) payment options would be appreciated

We would also like to have a very clear liability shift conditions explained in their documentation for digital wallet payments

The checkout team is extremely professional and helpful. They have always been quick to address any issues we have. Additionally, the settlement period and pricing checkout offers is extremely competitive. We use checkout on a daily basis and is our primary payment gateway.
