Inexpensive solution that does exactly what we need with very few hiccups ever. Using this as a cloud VPN for users to access company network. Seamless, very easy to set up and use. Support is always responsive when I have a question. Online chat works really well when I have a quick question. We only have a dozen users that need it. It requires little maintenance. Had troubles setting it up to work with our DNS. It was only working with IP addresses and not with the names (e.g., to RDP to a server you had to use the IP address; server name wasn't working). It is frustratingly difficult to get a 30 minute technical support session. I haven't bothered them for anything in 2+ years of having the product (and many thousands of dollars spent with them) and I'm forced to waste 4 hours my time on something which would take their technical support team 30 minutes. Obviously many SaaS companies try to do the same thing and make it difficult to get in-person help, but I guess the price they pay is people like myself leaving frustrated and sub-par reviews. It's a shame because I really like the product otherwise.
It probably would have helped to have a more in-depth implementation session when starting out, since there were some key settings which we only learned about after having the product for multiple years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
