What do you like best about Check Point CloudGuard Network Security?

Protection against data theft and server protection in any cloud or container environment. CloudGuard IaaS provides best protection with options of multiple blades to enable and use in any cloud environment. Either it be autoscaling/ VMSS, single standby deployment or HA. What do you dislike about Check Point CloudGuard Network Security?

CheckPoint CloudGuard IaaS does not has CLI compatibility within cloud infra in terms of policy creation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Check Point CloudGuard Network Security solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are using VPN services along with IDS/IPS solution and able to monitor and prevent internet usages among our end users.

By the use of App and URL filtering we are able to ingest policies as per users and groups limiting traffic.

CheckPoint CloudGuard offers various modes of deployments not only among Public Cloud but also in containers and kuberentes Solutions.

Essentially the efficiency and visibility cost of managing different security solutions that do not integrate very well. If you are already using other vendor's products its easy to start running this solution as the way of managing them it's practically the same between cloud and on-premise systems. What do you like best about Check Point CloudGuard Network Security?

The quick deployment and scalability and fully functional firewall available in the cloud. We were able to scale as required based on load and performance. With Covid-19 our users including our Customer Center agents are completely remote and use Check Point Cloudguard to even take calls so our customers are not affected in any way Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Check Point CloudGuard Network Security solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed reliable protection for our assets in the cloud as well as remote connectivity to our hosted application in other data centers while giving our users remote access to all of the above assets. We were doing this on premise with 3 clusters of firewalls where as with Cloudguard IaaS we are doing all of this and more with 1 cluster. this is a huge cost saving for us Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
