The only feature I would love to see added in the future is a voice AI agent for handling phone calls as well

It handles the large majority of our customer support automatically.

Before Chatway, many basic questions from users required a human response. Now the AI agent answers most of them instantly by using our knowledge base. In practice it closes about 95% of incoming support requests on the website without our team needing to step in.

This reduces workload, speeds up response times for users, and lets our team focus only on the few cases that actually require human attention. It also keeps conversations from website chat, email, and Facebook in one place, which makes support much easier to manage.

i love that chatway is extremely accessible and user friendly. the UI is very straightforward and they even have a guide while setting everything up. i also like how they have an option for an FAQ page right in the interface. would recommend! :-)

nothing off the bat. i am sort of OCD so i would like the option to delete conversations that have been resolved or at the very least move them to an archive.

our business is a personal one. my boss, Muriel, has lots of fans and that comes with lots of questions. it makes it more accessible to her fans to contact me with any questions they might have, rather than thru facebook or instagram where DMs get lost.

I recently set up my e-commerce platform and used a Chatway live chat integration to help service customers visiting my site. The integration itself was very quick and easy. We are a small business and I wear many hats so I like that there’s an app so I can respond to live chats from my phone when I’m on the go. I’m using the free version, which includes nice basic customizations - enough for us. As a small business I really appreciate the free tier which allows me to offer a live chat option for potential customers without having to invest. Once we grow and get a lot of website traffic, I can foresee upgrading to the next tier up to meet visitor live chat demands. Thanks!

We haven’t been using Chatway for very long yet, but I can confidently say that the onboarding experience is one of the best I’ve seen: smooth, intuitive, and quick to get started. Compared to similar tools I’ve tried, the free tier offers exactly the core features we need at this stage of our company’s growth, which is a huge plus.

What really stands out, though, is the live chat feature. It's incredibly convenient and responsive, which is crucial for any business that wants to support users in real-time, from anywhere. I was literally enjoying a coffee break and chatting with a customer on the other side of the world, resolving their issue in less time than it took to finish my cappuccino. That’s the kind of flexibility and power Chatway gives you.

Nothing per se as of yet. It would be nice to build in some chat bot level support for simplistic, basic level directional support for users.

Direct customer interaction. I've leveraged other integrations before such as Facebook Messenger, however I do not like that it takes the customer away from the eCommerce store in order to do so. I like a more unified, integrated approach.

You can quickly integrate chat into your website. If you use an e-shop solution like Shopify or Shoptet, it's even easier. Setting up chat is easy, you can do it in a moment and start using it right away. As far as I know, it doesn't offer a chatbot option. It offers to show FAQ right on the chat page. It also offers the option to show the customer other options for how to contact you and what your social networks are. It offers an application for a phone or tablet that is designed only for chatting with the customer, so it doesn't contain unnecessary things and is fast and accurate. I appreciate the setting of working hours without additional fees, the setting of colors and chat display, and the functionality on the website.

I don't like that I can only show the contact form to the customer outside of business hours, when the agent is not present. It is not possible to create a chatbot with preset responses.

We help e-shop customers with product selection, shipping and payment options. If they wish to pick up their order in person or have any special requests or needs, we also use chat for this. It is faster and more convenient for customers than writing an email. Thanks to the specific type of product, chat provides them with a sufficient sense of security and anonymity than writing via social networks, for example.

I love that the chatbot is on our site 24/7 and our customers can send us a message at anytime. I have some questions set up as well, so we can get their information at the same time so we can contact them later during office hours. It was really easy to integrate with our website as well.

What I live most is the translation, it makes a lot of sense to talk with different people from various countries without having to bother about talking to them in their language. That is a big deal for me, and so I love this app just for that very reason.

It would be nice to have some "what would you like to do" choices up front such as Schedule, chat, call.  And it will be complete if an AI agent could carry on a logical conversation leading to a booking or call link.
