What do you like best about ChatSpark?

I had the opportunity to integrate ChatSpark into one of the companies I worked for, and customer satisfaction went up more than 20 points. What I like most about ChatSpark is that it allows you to automate chats with artificial intelligence and virtual assistants. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChatSpark?

None. I have had the opportunity to use other virtual assistant tools, and ChatSpark has surprised me so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ChatSpark solving and how is that benefiting you?

ChatSpark immediately solves response times for both customer support and sales. In my case I had the opportunity to use it in both, and it is very easy to automate many of the questions and answers that are constantly repeated. What do you like best about ChatSpark?

Through using ChatSpark, we have been able to reduce the proportion of manual customer service hence enhancing ability to serve our customers faster. What do you like best about ChatSpark?

ChatSpark uses AI private chatbots which have been effective in the management of simple customer relations. They are able to respond to elementary questions quickly thus allowing my team to handle other complicated queries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ChatSpark poses some constraints that are not very suitable for me in regards to chats. Some of the features we actually seen in pre-built conversation flows not always match our brand voice and also miss some features of products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
