We've made consistent but slow progress on verifying our locations one at a time. Bulk verification would be ideal, but it doesn't feel like we are moving forward with that. We are back to discussing Google's suggestion to move our unverified locations to a new Google account, which we already discussed with Drew last year. I don't have a lot of confidence that we will be able to bulk verify.

Chatmeter pushes updates for our verified listings, which saves us a lot of time.  Chatmeter also puts our reviews in one spot, which helps our PR team keep track of bad reviews.

It allows us to monitor our online bran reputation and customer journey feedback in such an easy and effortless way. As a system manager for my company, setting up our locations, users, groups, instant and delayed emailed reports as well as surveys was such a breeze. UEx interface is key when using a system and chatmeter delivers! Their team is always such a pleasure to work with too!

**What do you dislike about Alchemer Reputation Management?**

At the moment you cannot import survey answers into an interactive dashboard like you can with reviews, but I believe this is in their roadmap!

It allows me to see all our locations (15+) under one platform and seamlessly change from one to another.

Chatmeter is such a simple and straight forward platform to use that makes it easy for trainings when we are teaching our team members hot to navigate through the site. I also love that when we do need assistance, we receive quick responses from our customer service team. When setting up new properties or new users, again, the process is so easy and simple.

**What do you like best about Alchemer Reputation Management?**

My workplace was already using chatmeter when I started, and as soon as I got logged in and started working in it, I was impressed. I know I only use a tiny fraction of the features, but they make my life so much easier. I love the AI feature the most for replying to reviews. I can simply have the AI write a response and then go in and tweak it if need be or just click the post button. I also love the way the saved replies work, so even if we aren't using AI for a particular review, I still have plenty of wording right at my fingertips ready to go.

**What do you dislike about Alchemer Reputation Management?**

There honeslty hasn't been anything that I haven't liked so far. We meet with our rep regularly and she's always super fast to answer questions when anything weird pops up.

**What problems is Alchemer Reputation Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Chatmete solves a huge chunk of time waste in my job. I was not trained in reputation management, but it is an extra duty assigned to my role. I would have been completely overwhelmed and swallowed up by this task alone if we didn't have Chatmeter. Finding all our reviews in one place and using the templates and AI to get timely responses to people is invaluable. I also am working to use more features to analyze our reviews for ways we can improve or change and make customers happier. Other members of my team are using it for some of the other features like listings management, and I know it helps immensely for them, too. I love that our rep is super fast to respond and actually acts like she cares about us and our business and our roles in it. Ashleigh is wonderful!

Since utilizing Chatmeter for our 55+ properties, I have been blown away by the customer service and continuous improvements they have made. I appreciate the connection with our reps. Courtney Olson has been on top of responses and solution seeks absolutly everything! When I am overwhelmed she and her team calm my nervers and solve the problems immediatly.

**What do you dislike about Alchemer Reputation Management?**

I wish it would be better intigrated with some other platforms. Perhaps having it work with Apartment Ratings and Bing? But not the end of the world. Those are not as vital for us.

Keeping up on reviews and managing reputation for our nultiple properties. It is so nice having a one stop platform for all of our site teams to use. It is also user friendly.

The upside of chatmeter is that we have a place to address and standardize the responses to reviews across all customer-facing platforms.  I have found this easier to use than other platforms, such as Khoros.

**What do you dislike about Alchemer Reputation Management?**

I find there are to be too many options regarding how to analyze the data.  I would find it helpful to have more prebuilt reports that we could then tailor to the stats that we are looking for.

Chatmeter is allowing us more transparency and visibility across our networks, including the opportunity for us to respond quickly and accordingly.  So many users utilize social media to assess a business before they attend, and ours is no different.

**What do you like best about Alchemer Reputation Management?**

The most important thing about the Chatmeter platform is the ability to respond en-masse to multiple reviews with a randomized variation of templates you wrote. As a corporation, we have explored other options that included the ability to reply to reviews, but none were as convenient with customizable templates as this.

**What do you dislike about Alchemer Reputation Management?**

I wish that Chatmeter allowed you the space to customize the platform to your liking, whether that be with reporting, the actual widgets, everything about the dashboard in a way that other vendors have allowed us to. It feels less like a vendor relationship and way more transactional; instead of how it is now "we pay x amount of money for Chatmeter and get access to x", I'd love instead for it to be "we agree to a contract each year knowing all the creative ways Chatmeter is going to allow us to use their platform to publish insights, track trends, reinvent how things have been done in the past, and they also give us access to all this tech (x)". 
Being set up transactional the way it is right now allows for less personal contact, even with the phenomenal work our CSM does -- it allows space for competitors to easily fill that role when they are offering to do more.
We are also limited to THREE reports per person... which I think is very silly for a platform we're paying a substantial amount each year to. We should have access to slice our data any way we see fit with the tools allotted.

Chatmeter allows us to reply to the hundreds of reviews we receive a day all at once without any text to them by randomizing a "5 star no text" style review template. While plenty of our other vendors allow review responses, no one does it like this.

The ability to create a variety of reports unique to our company and each individual property and auto-assign them to send to different users at a specified time frame.

The navigation hub looks a little simplistic/dated but the information and usability are both great.

Chatmeter consolidates reviews into one platform, which is extremely helpful considering the volume of properties in our portfolios. It also allows for tasks to be assigned and reviewed by a variety of users, to ensure QA.

How we can see all of our guests comments from different platforms in one place

That you can not reply to all platforms directly.

I am greatly disappointed that duplicate reviews from the same person do not get removed.  One lady named Brandy F, did two 1 star reviews on Yelp (1 was an updated one, actually a response to my comment) yet it stuck as 2 reviews.  It also calculated under Yahoo since she used that platform.  That counted as 3  - 1 star reviews against us.   Poor system.

We are able to reach out to our guests and fix any issues.  We have increased our overall rating

The Reputation Summary makes it easy to analyze review data from multiple platforms. As someone who looks at data from a high level, the Location Comparison is a great way to see all locations.

There are filter options to look at Last Month, Last Week, ect. but not for This Month. This is a minor inconvenience because the Select Range filter makes this possible, but we use this view daily. We also have reviews that are shown in the Location Comparison that are not visible on the location level. This causes credibility issues with our operators because the discrepancy is unexplainable, as of now.

Dashboard and reporting are almost comically unintuitive. Make sure to demo everything before signing up since they will not deliver what is promised during the marketing phase. Further, their engineering team is either unqualified or severely understaffed and cannot provide even crucial updates to the platform for months on end.

Review response and social media monitoring for 100+ locations. Some aspects work adequately. Others are completely broken with no timeline for fixing.

I love the fact that Chatmeter keeps me in touch with my guest feedback.  Timely review and response to feedback is the most effective way to a resolution.

I wish guest feedback would show me the guest email address for direct response.  There are times when I would send a e-gift to a guest to resolve a complaint.  If I didn't have to request the email and wait for a response this process would be expidited.

Getting notifications for guest feedback is great for immediate response.  In the service industry it is very critical that you receive and respond to guest concerns in a very timely fashion.

**What do you like best about Alchemer Reputation Management?**

I love the ability to respond to all reviews directly through the dashboard. That was huge for our team as it saves us lots of time logging into each of our clients profiles. I also like the Chatmeter Team, they all have been wonderful.

**What do you dislike about Alchemer Reputation Management?**

The dashboard tends to not load correctly often, mainly when using filters. For example-if I filter out reviews to show me reviews that don't have responses, it will often show ZERO reviews. However, if I refresh the dashboard, they all show up. It seems like it lags. I also wish that I had more filtering options in reporting, both alert reporting and auto-reports. I want to able to fully 100% customize reporting and tell a positive story no matter what, even though the clients stats aren't great, I need to be able to tell a better story. One other issue-I'm color blind and your dashboard is not friendly for that. The way that you have your reviews displayed in the review section is extremely difficult for me to use, because I cannot see the difference in colors. So often times I will post a response for the wrong client.

Some of the review notifications are delayed. In my company, we aim to respond to reviews within two hours, so having a delay in getting a message that a review was left causes a delayed response time.

I do not use Chatmeter to its full potential. I was also not the person to set up the account. My role with its use is easy and a smooth process.

What I like the best about Chatmeter is that there is a wide range of features and reports that can help you in the decision making process. Also, if you want a more detailed view it is possible to check the reviews tab and see what customers think about each of the locations. Reports are great to compare how we are evolving over time, making it a great tool to measure the success of the new programs. Plus, you can see all your media and social media activity in one place. Furthermore, there are some good data visualization tools, such as the map view on the Snapshot tab. Overall it is a great tool to have when trying to understand more about your customer.

**What do you dislike about Alchemer Reputation Management?**

At this point, there isn't anything I dislike about the platform. However, if there were more reports available that would be great. Also, the Sentiment Explorar accuracy is not spot-on sometimes, but I understand it's a work in progress since it's an AI tool.

If you are looking for an all-in-one solution for your business reputation, this is a great option. As an analyst, I can say it has all the data you need to make good decisions.

It's possible to see how guests' perception is changing over time and also when we lunch a new promotion, menu etc. Also, it can be used as a tool to give advice on where we can do better and where we are also excelling. With the easy to use and easy to understand reports, you can extract data and build your own customized reports with the information needed - making it a great tool for analysts to work with.

I love that the Chatmeter system is very easy to use. Learning this system was a piece of cake. I like having one login to respond to reviews across several different platforms. Everything is in one place, and you don't have to worry about what your password is for Facebook, Google, Yelp etc. I love the daily emails that are sent when there are reviews to respond to. This ensures all reviews are responded to in a timely manner. The reports are very helpful. I also like seeing what my competitors are being rated. The Pulse feature also lets you look at specific key target words to narrow down what your unit may be performing really well at, or where there may be room for improvement (such as cold food, or excellent customer service.

I honestly cannot think of anything I dislike! I've had a very good experience.

Nothing, pretty solid platform.  The app isn’t as robust as the website portal, but for quick checks, gets the job done.

**What do you like best about Alchemer Reputation Management?**

I really enjoy the dynamic features of Chatmeter that allow you to see your company from an overall perspective to a drilled-down view within seconds. The snapshot dashboard is so functional in its ability to show you where social posting hotspots. It has enhanced our visibility to how our residents and prospects view our company and given us the ability to have a 100% response rate to our reviews. We are also able to manage multiple social platforms at the same time and see where we stand with our competitors in the region. This platform has allowed our brand image to be more consistent.

**What do you dislike about Alchemer Reputation Management?**

Sometimes the algorithm mistakes a positive review for a negative and we have to change manually it but not often and that is a feature that I enjoy.
We have also found that some of the graphs are hard to understand. It would also be nice to have an automated response system set up for negative reviews instead of manual entry.

**Recommendations to others considering Alchemer Reputation Management:**

If you work across multiple regions, set it up so that you can view on a regional level and individual sites as well.

We resolve a multitude of resident concerns that are brought to our attention from reviews left on our social platforms. We are catching these concerns faster and turning these negatives into positives. People can also see that we are responsive and that we care to help resolve and concerns.
