CBB has been a great platform to build bots on. But CBB goes beyond just a SaaS. There are lots of builders out there. And most of them are close to the same. CBB extends far beyond the typical SaaS. Quick updates, bug fixes, and ongoing development make it a great software to use. But the community that has been built around CBB is unparralled. The FB GRoup, the Discord, and the direct chats with the CEO and support team are always helpful and enjoyable. The biggest downside is that like most chatbot software it's easy to get started but can be challenging to do it right.
