What we love most about Chat Metrics is that our site visitors and existing customers can engage INSTANTLY with a real person when they land on our website. The questions are answered straight away, which often leads the prospect to becoming a paid client...it's money in the bank, and provides wonderful customer service. We use Chat Metrics to provide 24/7 live chats to potential customers who visit our website. Each agent is trained (by Chat Metrics) to answer product-oriented questions and to guide the visitor deeper into the funnel by scheduling sales calls and/or guiding them to our online shopping cart and even waiting while they checkout. Initially, I was hesitant to start a service using a service like Chat Metrics because of all the setup and training that I thought I would have to provide from my side. They assured me that I wouldn't have to commit time to preparing materials or training because someone from their side would go through our site and create a compressive Q&A for the agents to use. I was still hesitant, but said "Okay."
I was extremely surprised when less than a day later, I was given an excellent Q&A document to review. Not only was it fast and thorough, but it showed a true understanding of what questions and concerns our customers would have. I was extremely impressed. So long story short - one of the best things is how easy it was for me as a client to get started. Barely any work on my part. Of course, the other best part (and maybe the most important) is that we've seen a major increase in sales. More customers are purchasing through our shopping cart after getting a few of their questions answered on chat, whereas before, they would have waited for a sales person to call them back.
