At first I was reluctant to the idea of having live chat on our site. Because of the obvious reasons like continuous monitoring and having to train the agents. But with Chat Metrics I was surprised to hear that we don't have to go through any of these and above all the pricing was quite reasonable. The onboarding process was simple and the application was easy to integrate with website. The team was able to prepare FAQs to help our clients and set up a fully functional chat on our site within a day.
