Provide the users real time data traffic on website, app and other platform to understand better the users behavior. Also the integration is easy along with numerous features that helps marketers to detect the current trend. For the technical side, the implementation is also easy compared to other monitoring platform. As a marketing manager for news and have been using the Chartbeat for more than a year, I use the platform frequently to control the current trends and give our users news the might be interested to. The thing I dont like about Chartbeat is the platform failed to give us overview what topic, keyword, and issue that will be booming in the next few days. As marketer, we rely on SEO analysis from other platform to monitor the next trends that might be booming in the region.
