This is the second year we have used Charity Auctions Today for our silent auction. We were impressed with the communication as we were setting up our site (it was very easy), and the whole event was a huge success. Charity Auctions Today was even easier to use than I expected! Sometimes navigating the set-up/admin page can be a bit confusing, so if there would be a way to clean that up a bit, that would be my only suggestion. Thankfully, there are easy tutorials on the site to answer my questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The simplicity of the platform and how much reach it provides. Charity Auctions Today has definitely given us the option to reach beyond to the people who are unable to attend the actual event and to try different things. In the past two years using CAT we've been able to do silent auctions, a paddle raise, and a live auction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The downside is the closeout process. While simple and easy, it is difficult to closeout without a hitch. There also isn't help onsite-- you can pay to have remote help via phone call but sometimes it can feel like you're alone during the actually auction process and it can be intimidating. We weren't sure we'd have very many auction items, but had a few worth a lot of money. Charity Auctions Today enabled us to hold an auction, reaching bidders beyond attendees at our event. The platform was really easy to use and this year we used the text message feature to register guests at our pancake breakfast. This allowed us to just place flyers on the tables and we didn't need volunteers to help register bidders..We actually saw an increase in the number of bidders this year. I am a veteran of live and online charity auctions. This year I moved from BiddingforGood to Charity Auctions Today. Charity Auctions Today is easy to customize, items can be batch uploaded or manually entered in a simple way, and it integrates well with FB, Constant Contact and our sales processor, Stripe.
