The interface is a little complicated for what it needs to be. There is a lot of functions that could be consolidated, searching could be more efficient. Honestly other than the guests being able to fill out their own link, the same could be achieved with a UPS account and an excel sheet, but having another company deal with credit card processing and that peace of mind the guest receives can help even the angriest guest feel satisfied that the item is being given the care they think it deserves. Chargerback is a Cloud-based Lost & Found entry and tracking solution that makes the complete process fast, secure and most importantly - Easy for both the person who files a found item and the owner of the lost item. The interface is straight forward and easy to use and navigate, with many options to add a detailed description that allows the owner to filter out the item(s) and retrieve it fast. IT makes the Lost & Found duty done easily and with joy, saving a lot of time and trouble compared to other methods. It is the perfect and a must have tool for the hospitality industry. The login process and the entry form has a specific step by step routine that, for new users, has to be explained by training and a couple of examples. It is not actually a downside or a con for the solution, it is just a part of the entire process that requires some additional time. This is a one-time thing and after the introduction training everyone can use it without any issues. Also, for some, being a cloud-based service might be a downside since there is no offline data library. But, Chargerback offers very good reports that make up for this.
