**What do you like best about Channeltivity?**

I've used many tools in the PRM space and Channeltivity has been fantastic due to its simplicity and user experience.  More importantly, I've sincerely appreciated the responsiveness from my account and from Channeltivity leadership when I've asked for modifications/enhancements.  The tool is great and the people are even better!

**What do you dislike about Channeltivity?**

Nothing to dislike - alerts are in near real-time and system is as intuitive as anything else on the market!

We work with a wide variety of partners - both geographically and by category - and Channeltivity allows all of our partners to be able to interact with us on one platform!

**What do you like best about Channeltivity?**

Channeltivity has been a game-changer for managing our partner program. The platform is intuitive, well-structured, and makes it easy to track and manage everything in one place. Their customer support stands out the most — the team is responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. Whenever we’ve had questions or needed guidance, they’ve provided quick and effective solutions, which has made adoption and ongoing use smooth.

**What do you dislike about Channeltivity?**

There isn’t much to dislike. Like any robust platform, there’s a small learning curve at the start, but once you get familiar, it becomes very straightforward. I would say some customization options could be expanded further, but overall, the experience has been excellent.

**What problems is Channeltivity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Channeltivity has helped us streamline and organize our partner program in one centralized place. Before, managing partners, deals, and onboarding was spread across multiple tools, which created inefficiencies and room for error. With Channeltivity, everything is structured, trackable, and easy to manage, giving us full visibility into partner activities and pipeline. This has saved our team significant time, improved accuracy, and made it easier for partners to engage with us, ultimately driving stronger relationships and faster results.

**What do you like best about Channeltivity?**

We used Channeltivity for our client's partner portal management, the Deal Registration module was particularly valuable, helping us streamline partner engagement and track opportunities efficiently. Their team was incredibly responsive and friendly throughout the setup process. They made it smooth and hassle-free, ensuring the portal was customized to meet our business needs.

**What do you dislike about Channeltivity?**

There are some customization limitations with partner groups and deal custom fields, but I'm sure they are already working on it.

**What problems is Channeltivity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used Microsoft excel to gather deal data from the partners. PRM is now helping us to streamline and prioritize deals with just one click.

The portal is easy to use and work with, and has all the features you need to stand up a partner portal for channel partners efficiently, but can scale as your requirements do. The customer service and everyone I have worked with at Channeltivity has been super helpful and supportive, and have been a pleasure to work with.

There is nothing that I particularly dislike.

The problem was our client had no visibility of his channel ecosystem and needed a solution to take control and drive engagement and growth.

The capability and functionality of the site allows us to really create a unique experience for our partners.  For this type of thing support is key as well, and I have always found that the channeltivity team is responsive and quick to help correct and assist us in getting what we want done.

Nothing to list really, as we have had a great experience.

Having a do it all interface in the portal, where we can provide partner specific content that includes incentives, education/enablement, and also Deal Registrations and Certifications.  Having one site that can do all that is a huge benefit to us and our partners.

**What do you like best about Channeltivity?**

Channeltivity is easy to implement and integrate with Hubspot. It's a very user-friendly platform both from the partner user and administration point of view. Since the launch, we are now able to provide everything our partners need in one place, at a fair price for us.

**What do you dislike about Channeltivity?**

There are still limited capabilities, such as customization, internal user access, and the creation/management of partners that operate in more than one country/region. There is also a lack of an internal dashboard area to monitor the main KPIs, without having to use the contracted customized pages.

**What problems is Channeltivity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We didn’t have any platform before we signed up with Channeltivity. In addition to having more control over our partners and their opportunities, it has saved us a lot of time that we used to spend sending out information, links, and resources to our partners. Now they can find everything in one place.

I really enjoy how easy the system is to set up. We piloted the platform for our integration partners, but are now expanding it to our full ecosystem. Our team now uses it every day as the central hub for partner activity - from organizational information to deal flow.

Some of the modules are a bit limited, but the support team has helped to share our feedback into product development.

**What do you like best about Channeltivity?**

The portal has all the basic and necessary features to kickstart or launch any partner portal. It is very easy to setup and launch once you begin your relationship with Channeltivity. What stood out the most to me was their customer service. Although its meant to be a self-serve SaaS, the staff (Colby, Tiffany, Zach and Kenneth!) at Channeltivity are always available to help. We explored different options prior to selecting Channeltivity and found it meets our needs at a reaasonable price. Building your own would've cost 10x and you can easily scale with the features they have readily available on the platform. I also like that they are always looking to improve the usability of the platform for its customers after giving feedback.

**What do you dislike about Channeltivity?**

The visual ID is better on the app vs the browser. The platform looks less modern on the browser so it doesn't really showcase the features of the platform.

**What problems is Channeltivity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scale. Prior to Channeltivity, we were doing in-person trainings and following up with partners manually or via emails. With everything on the portal, we have alleviate some of our manpower and able to support more partners. It also allowed us to gather information and insights we haven't before because our partners are also willing to use the portal if it makes their lives easier as well.

My only complaint is that it is time consuming for the partner to updat a lead that was Won. There are too many steps, so some partners just won't update their leads.

All leads are sent to partners through Channeltivity. All deal registrations aree sent through Channeltivity.

Don't want to pay for the hubspot integration, TBD if zapier will let me do what I need to do.
Wish I could better see the training / activity status of my contacts when I'm on a partner view vs having to go into reporting.

There are so many awesome features in channeltivity and sometimes I feel like our team is barely scratching the surface. I would love to dive in deeper in this system.

Channeltivity is full-featured and very customizable.   Their cost-effective pricing and transparency in the procurement process made it easy for us to budget and make the move.  Our Channeltivity team provided best-in-class technical assistance during our migration and continue to do so today, responding to technical questions and feature requests many times in only a few hours

**What do you dislike about Channeltivity?**

Some feature enhancements we would like to see in the platform include adding the ability for internal user groups to approve and impersonate users in organizations to which they are assigned.

Ease of use, excellent support.  Since we launched our portal in October, we already have more and more customers using the portal and driving business!

Would be easier to have channeltivity provide new features instead of using third-party plug-ins.

We have moved from a clumsy email process into a nice and neat partner friendly portal

**What do you like best about Channeltivity?**

Channeltivity is easy to use and offers a lot of functionality for a very fair price.  It is a simple system and gives us all of the basics to manage our partner relationships.

**What do you dislike about Channeltivity?**

It has bare-bones SalesForce integration.  But for our company, that integration has proven to be enough. We have over 1000 partners in the system, 125 of those are active partners. We are able to move opportunities from Channeltivty into Salesforce and then our Salesforce version becomes the system of record.

**What problems is Channeltivity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main reason we bought Channeltivity was to manage opportunities that partners bring to us.  But now we use it as our main entry point for partners.  They sign their partner agreements through the portal, they request training, exams and software licenses through the portal, they receive rich product content for their own sales and marketing, they request MDF through the portal, and soon we will distribute marketing leads to our partners via the portal.  We have written a lot of custom code to make all of this functionality work - but if you have a staff engineer who knows HTML and javascript, the Channeltivity API makes customization very easy.

**What do you like best about Channeltivity?**

It does really help in ease of productivity and building relationship with partners, the amount of flexibility which exists within the app is so resourceful. Also my experience with support team is nothing less than 5 star service. I had worked with couple of them for setting up our company's SSO and the engineer was very knowledged and knows his stuff. Over all i am satisifed with channeltivity and i would recommend this to everybody out there.

None, I did not find anything about themselves to be disliked.

A lot in fact we as a company deal with thousands of clients directly and by using channeltivity it's even better and easy to use. Over all our performance has increased too .

The platform is very user-friendly. Our team was able to set up several modules, including training and certifications, marketing co-branding, a full collateral library, managing and tracking MDF, and deal registration tied into SalesForce. Changing out featured content on the home page is pretty simple. We are also able to separate content for different organizations and users.

**What do you dislike about Channeltivity?**

We would have liked to see the ability to embed an events calendar and to have more flexibility in organizing types of assets for campaigns (for example, placing rich media text instead of uploading a Word doc when providing email templates for our partners). I would like the ability to drag and drop folder content - some sections in the training/certification section are limited to alphabetical organization.

Deal registration, managing MDF requests and approvals, co-branding content for partners, and offering a streamlined platform for us to communicate and support our partner community. The Channeltivity sales representative was very helpful in getting us everything we needed to get a working demo/sandbox going. The support staff was also incredibly generous in helping us along the way. We've been using Channeltivvity for more than two years now and we have no complaints!

When I was heading up partner operations at mParticle, Channeltivity was our top choice for a PRM. It was affordable and had all the features we wanted (MDFs, joint business planning, deal reg, comprehensive training that could even link out to an LMS). With our salesforce admin, I was able to set up Channeltivity and start realizing value in a week. I could make virtually any admin changes on my own, and Channeltivity's incredible support team was there to answer any questions I had in record time. Highly recommend!

They've since made updates to include a To-Partner email marketing module, but originally it was lacking a few features we wanted to use to encourage partner usage and adoption.

There are so many things we like about Channeltivity... we use Channeltivity as THE primary resource for our global channel management, utilizing all three libraries, business plans, MDF, forums, leads, deals, sales enablement, and much more. The interface is easy to use, allowing changes and updates to be easily completed within minutes. The use of groups has enabled us to add not only Distributors, but also four tiers of Resellers, along with Consultants, allowing us to offer each of them a more centralized user experience. The Multi-Language Feature has allowed global partners to view their experience in their preferred language, making their workflow easier. Their Support is amazing! Anytime we send an email, we receive a response immediately with instructions, a tutorial link, or a meeting invite to further discuss the request, and determine the best way to implement it. Channeltivity is cost-effective, allowing multiple users per Partner to access all materials offered.

Since our start with Channeltivity, back in 2013, I have not found anything I dislike. Channeltivity has gone above and beyond to help us with everything we have requested.

I've brought Channeltivity in as the PRM at two different companies, and would do so again if I ever change jobs. Can't speak too highly of the intuitive nature of the platform and the superb customer support post-sale. The platform is highly robust, and yet so easy to implement. No IT involvement required, everything is point and click. It's extremely flexible - we have a very quickly growing distribution channel and have been able to quick and easily update our settings for implementing a Tiered partner program as well as changes to sales territories and managers. I brought the platform in initially as Administrator and have since moved to Executive Sponsor role - handoff was seamless. Recommend!

The integration with Salesforce is also top-notch and easy to manage. We found Channeltivity to be the most cost-efficient as well, which was important because our ecosystem is brand new and so we're still proving ourselves internally. Lastly, the Channetlivity support team is fantastic, they are quick to respond, very thorough, and always willing to jump on a call with me if necessary.

I'm consistently impressed with the Channeltivity team responsiveness.  They always exceed my expectations.  Our channel partner program has grown considerably in the past year and Channeltivity has been very supportive and a great partner throughout our growth.  I'm always impressed that no matter what my request regarding a feature/functionality, the Channeltivity team always responds with a method of accomplishing the task.

**What do you dislike about Channeltivity?**

I would like to have portal tutorials for my team as we grow our channel business.  It's important they know the features/functionality of the platform.  I'd also like to better understand their feature roadmap.  Having a more visually appealing (perhaps more graphic capabilities) would be a plus.  Integration issues with Salesforce are time consuming and not always straight forward in terms of resolution.

When I found the Channeltivity platform, their ways and their approach really lined up with me. It just lined up with what I needed to be able to deliver. I designed my program in Partner tiers and based on individual companies and personas within a company I can tailor their experience. It's perfect for the way people think today.

i don't dislike anything in particular. I like to enhance the features and some of them are related to how I can map my partners on a visual map.  If something is not meeting my needs, I can easily submit my request and they are always willing to improve.

From the moment we connected with the Channeltivity Team when our company was exploring a channel management tool, it was clear that they offered a high level of customer experience. They took the extra time to answer the questions we had about their solution in depth and even talk through "what if" scenarios to help us understand how to best utilize their solution for our partners and for our company.  Even through the post-sales process, the Channeltivity team is very responsive and accessible. 

We were impressed by the simplicity of the design (our partners comment on that as well) and how easy it was to build/customize the system on our own. We also chose Channeltivity due to the fact that they do not charge on a per-license basis. This was vital considering the rapid growth of our program. 

**What do you dislike about Channeltivity?**

The system has an issue with loading pages very slowly. Also, it would be helpful if all fields could translate and pre-populate matching fields in Salesforce (today, they are unable to pre-populate fields that are search fields in Salesforce).

The channeltivity PRM was very easy to implement, design and activate, and within less than a month we had over 80 partners using the portal and started receiving deal registrations as part of that process. With unlimited user licences we have now rolled this portal out to our US, EMEA and APAC partners and we will be building the Learning Management System over the coming weeks. The integration with SFDC was easy to apply and we can manage the deal registrations to become leads in SFDC.

The product could probably benefit from having a better reporting capability, with options to design bespoke reports similar to the functionality in SFDC.

Channeltivity is so easy to use, I litereally was able to build a Channel Portal by myself in less than 1 week.  We have been using Channeltivity for almost 3 years, have over 400 users and have not had 1 single question on how to use the platform in that time. Our Channle Partners can easily go in register deals, take online training and get access to our Sales Materials.

I really have not found much to dislike about the product in the almost 3 years we have had it in place.

Deal registration - parters are able to go in and easily register their deals.

Channeltivity has designed a base application that supports the modern tech-industry channel.  Their support and technical teams are incredibly responsive and collaborative.  As an organization, they've gone out of their way to provide us premium service and a premium solution.  The company is large enough to support larger customers with a mass scale yet small enough to give you personal, responsive support.   Finally, they have no one-time start up costs!

**What do you dislike about Channeltivity?**

There was not much we did not like about Channeltivity.  One single critique I can come up with is that there have been just a few small items we had to develop using their custom field tool to accomplish some specific processes, but we were able to successfully develop these items.  The Channeltivity product development team has also updated some of their base code to allow additional options that we had requested as a "nice to have" during the implementation.  

**Recommendations to others considering Channeltivity:**

Channeltivity provides an abundance of free content on their help.channeltivity.com site.  Among this information is a step-by-step implementation guide.  It is highly recommended to review these base workflows before beginning a project.  It was extremely helpful for us to be able to preview these workflows and make some changes to our current processes before starting with the software.

**What do you like best about Channeltivity?**

Channeltivity is a fast and easy solution to running a channel targeted portal, it is pretty easy to figure out and get implemented - including Salesforce integration. If you want something that is not a full time job and delivers ease of admin and use this is it. The co-branded collateral is excellent and does allow us to scale out very quickly

**What do you dislike about Channeltivity?**

Some of the elements are not great - The library is a bit old school and the help is many times lacking to really walk you through what you need. Groups and responsibility profiles can be a but of a tricky one to resolve.

**What problems is Channeltivity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We put a shiny new world class portal in place in less than 30 days - this enabled us to focus on doing what we needed to get the partners successful create great collateral, training and deliver leads. In return we have seen a significant uptick in deal registrations / pipeline

The ease of customization, and the ability to add iFrames.

Designing the front page for different audiences can get kind of complicated.

A dedicated portal for our partners to register deals and keep up with Losant. We've enjoyed having a resource library to point them to so we don't have to answer questions over and over.

One stop shop for managing all Hyland MDF program all the thru from submission to reimbursement. 

**What do you dislike about Channeltivity?**

Based on the modules I am using there isn't really much we dislike.  If I had one request to make is that it include other currency besides USD since we have global partners. 

**What problems is Channeltivity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It eliminated from having to do everything through email and excel based templates as well as keep history of all partner activity through one portal.

**What do you like best about Channeltivity?**

This product has robust features and is very easy to update content in. One of my favorite features has to be that I can include 3rd party applications inside of the platform which makes this platform the only product my partners have to go to. I also liked that our team could implement this without the help of an outside consultant.

**What do you dislike about Channeltivity?**

I really have no dislikes at this time on the product.  If there are items that the company sees enough demand for among all customers they will add it to the roadmap.

**Recommendations to others considering Channeltivity:**

I would definitely recommend this platform to any company looking to add or change their PRM. The product offers great flexibility and the support has been great! 

**What problems is Channeltivity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Channeltivity allows us to provide our partners with a "One Stop Shop" platform. They can get access to co-branded materials, price lists, deal registration, and access to other third party integrations within the Channeltivity platform. We wanted a solution that was easy to update and gave us a lot of flexibility and Channeltivity solved that problem.

**What do you like best about Channeltivity?**

Since it is cloud-based, Channeltivity is up and running the day you sign the contract.  You simply have to populate with contacts, resources, permissions, etc.

**What do you dislike about Channeltivity?**

Because it SaaS, custom changes cannot be made unless it is good for their entire customer base.  However, this is not caused much problem for us.  The changes are more "nice to have" than "must have."

**Recommendations to others considering Channeltivity:**

Channeltivity is easier, quicker and cheaper than implementing a custom solution.  It provides everything a partner needs without the extra work and expense.

**What problems is Channeltivity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A quick and easy portal for our partners and our internal personnel that provides integration to Salesforce for deal registration, unlimited access for partner contacts, unlimited space for resources, and easy administration.

First of all, there are report enhancements I would like to see - as each of us have report requirements.  There are other enhancements we can work on but those fall after the reporting challenges.

Quick and easy way to get your channel pipeline in the works.  No frills needed; just getting the job done!

**What problems is Channeltivity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We want our partners to register deals using this tool.  This would give both parties visibility on a shared pipeline that we wouldn't see on each other's CRM tool.  
Right now, we see one login per day; and around $500K in the pipeline (maybe more)...  We'd like a bigger set of numbers down the road...

Seamless and organized MDF program. All MDF requests are easily assigned to other people and the Automated email notifications and reminders ensure everyone is kept in the loop.
