**What do you like best about Channelscaler?**

We’ve had a great experience working with Channelscaler to help automate several of our channel programs. Their technology has helped reduce many of the manual processes that often come with running channel compliance and incentive programs. What I appreciate most about working with Channelscaler, though, is the people and the culture they’ve built as a team. No problem ever feels too big or too small for them to help with, and their customer service and implementation support truly stand out from the crowd.

**What do you dislike about Channelscaler?**

We have had a few issues with platform timeouts and small bugs that have impacted partner experience, however the Channelscaler team is always quick to respond on support tickets and action development sprints as needed to provide a fix.

**What problems is Channelscaler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Channelscaler for our MDF and compliance program management. The MDF module gives us an easy-to-use way to manage partner MDF requests and claims from start to finish. The platform includes a partner-facing, user-friendly request tool that helps us keep track of partner budgets, activity requests, and more. At the same time, it offers a robust vendor backend dashboard that lets us pull detailed reports, approve or reject requests, and better understand partner usage and budget consumption.

The compliance/leveling module helps simplify our annual compliance review workflows and data reviews. It also gives partners and internal users a clear dashboard view of performance over time against the requirements of our partner program. 

Overall, the Channelscaler tools have helped reduce the amount of manual work involved in running effective partner programs.

**What do you like best about Channelscaler?**

The new AI feature has been super helpful in understanding and getting things done quickly compared to before. 

**What do you dislike about Channelscaler?**

The AI still needs some improvement in terms of understanding the prompt of a user and then getting the work done. 

**What problems is Channelscaler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have multiple nomenclature of onboarded parterns like resellers, agents, sub-agents and master partners. Doing it manually was a bad journey thats when we came accross this tool which solved our problems. Now, we have more time on improving the relationships with these partners rather than working on the operational work for the countless hours. It has helped us starting from partner design models till channel sales and channel renewals without dealing with the enormous data on our excel sheets. Also, it helps us in real time by showing the mettrics of ROI on any discounts, incentives applied and on the present market conditions.

**What do you like best about Channelscaler?**

I greatly appreciate Channelscaler's flexible off-the-shelf modules designed for reseller business. These modules are highly responsive, allowing us to piece together competitive programs that effectively drive sales. The Channelscaler Portal serves as a crucial tool for our over 3,000 resellers, providing access to a broad array of sales enablement tools and documentation, including both native Channelscaler tools and in-house developments. Notably, the rebate incentive programs and deal registration programs incentivize reseller partners to grow their business and secure repeat support and subscription revenues, which is extremely beneficial for our operations. Channelscaler's close integration with our Salesforce.com CRM system and our in-house developed applications ensures seamless operations and streamlined processes. The Channelscaler team demonstrated impressive dedication and efficiency by successfully migrating our Partner Portal from Webinfinity, now 360 Insights, to ensure a seamless service switch over. Their ability to deliver the Portal and additional Rebate incentive programs at a competitive price further underscores Channelscaler's value. Additionally, Channelscaler's team proposed a new Portal design aligned with our branding, which included intuitive login authentication and security measures, as well as automated workflows for the programs, ensuring a smooth transition and comprehensive access for our partners. The ease of this initial setup, coupled with Channelscaler's commitment to customization and improvement, makes it a highly recommendable solution for our business needs.

**What do you dislike about Channelscaler?**

The deal registration program based on a back-end rebate program has not been entirely successful, requiring in-house enhancements. Additionally, the CS sales reward offer is primarily based on cash payments, which could be improved by introducing a points-based reward mechanism, currently not available.

**What problems is Channelscaler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Channelscaler to provide a self-service portal for resellers and distributors, enhance growth with sales tools, manage incentive programs, and ensure repeat business with renewal tools. Its flexible modules and integration with our CRM boost efficiency in channel management.

**What do you like best about Channelscaler?**

Once implemented, Channelscaler makes my tasks easier by storing all data in one place, which allows us to see resources allocated and to be spent. The contact person for Channelscaler is always available and supportive, fostering open conversation and responsiveness.

**What do you dislike about Channelscaler?**

I would like to have a more flexible interface (admin) and more flexible reporting section. The way we need data to be presented for multiple purposes requires more flexible reporting. The initial setup was difficult, mostly due to the complexity of proper access and authentication.

**What problems is Channelscaler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Channelscaler helps streamline and control comarketing funds exchange, manages resource allocation, and simplifies activity planning and reporting, making tasks easier. All data is stored in one place, and there's supportive contact always available.

Overall it’s been solid. The team has been helpful implementing features we request.

Using the Channel Mechanics PRM enabled us to move away from using spreadsheets and email to create and manage channel programs. This freed up time and resources.

The platform has a clean user interface and a short learning curve, making it easy for both admins and users to get started quickly. Core functions such as user management, permissions, and reporting are stable and reliable. Customer support is responsive, and implementation was relatively simple. Channelscaler provides a solid base for partner management and content distribution without requiring constant admin attention.

**What do you dislike about Channelscaler?**

Despite its stability, the platform feels outdated compared to modern partner ecosystem tools. It lacks key collaboration features like partner-specific workspaces, shared campaign tracking, or co-GTM planning modules. There is no way to manage partner-spesific joint marketing or sales activities directly within the system. Customization options are limited, and integrations are not flexible enough for dynamic partner workflows. Overall, Channelscaler covers the basics but does not yet enable the level of partner engagement or automation that growing ecosystems need.

Channelscaler helps us centralize partner management and content distribution in one platform. It provides a structured way to onboard partners, share enablement materials, and track engagement metrics. Having everything in a single portal reduces manual communication and ensures partners have consistent access to updated assets and resources.

From an administrative perspective, it also simplifies permission control and reporting, allowing our team to monitor activity and adoption more efficiently. This structure supports basic visibility and governance over our partner ecosystem, which is especially useful as we scale operations across multiple regions.

**What do you like best about Channelscaler?**

The most helpful aspect of Channelscaler was the attentiveness and responsiveness of the support team.  We were always treated as a priority and the team was always available when needed.

**What do you dislike about Channelscaler?**

The biggest challenge associated with adopting Channelscaler were the internal requirements needed to integrate and optimize the software.  Not really a SW problem as much as an internal "build vs. buy" culture.

**What problems is Channelscaler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Channelscaler has allowed us to streamline our Deal Registration processes.  The ease with which we were able to leverage the document storage capabilities really enhanced our Partner Portal and increased our deliverables to our Partner community.  We have benefitted from the ability to include all levels of interactions for our Partners in each Deal as we can include the Distributor, Reseller, and End User and we can report on this information for compensation purposes.

The workflow streamlines the process of managing multiple accounts, making it much easier to handle them all. Our representatives are also excellent and quick to respond with any thing we may need.

**What do you dislike about Channelscaler?**

Updating the Resource Library requires too many steps, which makes the process unnecessarily complicated.

This tool helps us coordinate with numerous partners and allows us to stay connected beyond simply handling customer accounts.

I can switch to a user view to ensure the expected experience and group management features to allow access to specific content and resources based on partner region.

**What do you dislike about Channelscaler?**

I haven't experienced anything that I dislike in Allbound PRM.

**What problems is Channelscaler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's allowing us to provide sales and support resources for our partners in one place. I'm more productive because the tool helps reduce ping-pong emails and makes me and our partners more effective.
