There are no order books or complicated trading screens - I can choose the coins, check the rate, enter my wallet address, and make the swap. **What do you dislike about changelly?** The floating rate can sometimes change slightly while the swap is processing. I understand why it happens, but I think the possible difference could be explained more clearly before confirming. **What problems is changelly solving and how is that benefiting you?** It saves me from using several different exchanges just to move between coins. I can make wallet-to-wallet swaps in one place, which makes the process another vendor. ### 2. I am frustrated by what I perceive as a scam-like behavior from Changelly, as they have neither returned my funds nor provided the expected service. This situation has made me distrustful and I strongly dislike how Changelly handles such serious matters involving significant amounts of cryptocurrency. **What problems is changelly solving and how is that benefiting you?** return my 2.18 BTC without any further delay already 11 months passed ### 3. There is no limit to the amount of cryptocurrency you can buy and sell. Changelly is a powerful option for investors who want to turn an encrypted currency into trouble without any hassle. This cryptocurrency exchange has a great partnership with wallets like Coinomi. Changelly deducts a constant 0.5% per transaction, which is lower than most popular cryptocurrency exchanges. **What do you dislike about changelly?** Changelly limits the amount of fiat currency that you can trade, but this is only for the first week of your transaction.
