I am frustrated by what I perceive as a scam-like behavior from Changelly, as they have neither returned my funds nor provided the expected service. This situation has made me distrustful and I strongly dislike how Changelly handles such serious matters involving significant amounts of cryptocurrency. **What problems is changelly solving and how is that benefiting you?** return my 2.18 BTC without any further delay already 11 months passed ### 2.
