As your company grows, so does your list of customers and users. Prior to Champify, we had to painstakenly use sales navigator reports to try and find users who are now working at new target accounts. Champify has streamlined this entire process and is constantly monitoring and alerting you when there any new job changes. In the first 6 months of using Champify, I have generated almost $1,000,000 in new sourced pipeline from their weekly reports.
Previous users are sometimes underutilized because it can be incredibly difficult to track. With champify, the work is done for you. Once set up, you have the ability to hit the ground running ASAP. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a sales rep, it's a challenge to find time to work on pipe-gen. At the same time, self-sourcing is what pushes your quarters from average or good to great. I've always looked at ways to track former users (e.g. massive boolean searches that break LinkedIn) because it often leads to higher reponses, meetings, and opporunities.
Champify has helped me completely streamline the process to track former champions by surfacing those leads proactively in Salesforce. Not only has this greatly sped up my prospecting process, but it's increased the quality of leads and opportunities by focusing my attention on one of the best channels for pipe-gen. Champify makes it very easy to quickly identify who your top contacts are that have already been customers of your product. This really helps to prioritize what accounts/prospects to reach out to. It makes it very easy to have champify living within SFDC so that we don't have yet another tool that we need to log in to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Want to find a way to be more proactive rather than reactive. Beacue account lists hardly chnage it makes it difficult to when you don't have a a new champify for quite a while. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

No one is doing reps/AEs/sales orgs any favors today when it comes to pipeline generation or lead conversion. Our team has been leveraging Champify to break those barriers to entry by connecting us with/informing us on where high target leads, previous power users and champions exist. Reps historically had spent hours weekly trying to track down these high value prospects, where as now, there are easily accessible reports that not only are generated via SFDC... but surfaved to them via slack updates.. enabling them to be agile and targeted in their PG efforts. We've seen a lot of success and increases in response rates and meet conversion rates.. but most importantly, conversion rates down funnel - which in turn results in more closed won business. Champify has helped me identify risk in my best accounts, and close new business with my top prospect accounts by showing me who my power users are, and alerting me when they leave or arrive in new roles at new companies.

Fantastic team with quick response times and a great partnership alongside my sales leadership to implement successfully. Quick to offer solutions and iterate on product feedback to ship improvements. We all know the woes of updating contact records in CRMs when prospects change companies - with Champify, that headache is completely removed, and no insight is lost. Everyone enjoys a little love when they start a new position, and Champify makes it easy for sales reps to add that pinch of personalization to their outreach, resulting in more meetings booked. I'd say the only problems we ran into with Champify was from an administrator point - some Champify list emails were going to our spam folder, and there were some routing issues with lead and contact records.
