Cezanne is very user friendly at all levels of the business - from an HR point of view we use it multiple times a day and find that the majority of the information we need is easy to find, and it has a good user interface for wider management and employee self-service. The implementation was smooth and problem free with great support from Cezanne at all stages. On the occasions I have had to use the Help Desk I have found them to be helpful and knowledgeable. It is also very cost effective and I love the flexibility that it offers around integrating with other systems via the API. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some of the reporting can be a little clunky meaning there is some work required in excel to get the full reporting that we need. Some information that we as an HR Team require regularly does require multiple clicks to locate rather than being instantly available at a summary level.
