When my staff request holidays it is easily handled via the email notification. The fact that I don't need to go into the system to approve or decline holiday requests makes my life easier.

Communication with HR was more agile using Cezanne, before the software I needed to go through emails or even set up meetings to inform and plan my days off or my holidays and in a big company that doesn't make much sense. The UI is also quite pretty and professional looking. Using it not only helped organizing the HR department in the first place, it also opened up new possibilities as to what kinds of reports we could possibly need, this made for a great improvement. It doesn't contemplate different kinds of "days off" or "optional holiday" events that tend to vary from country to country, having a rigid structure made it difficult to fit some special requirements our company had. Mainly because of this problema the company eventually switched to a different software, nevetheless it was a great first experience with HR software for us. It is great you can upload all the permissions from your absenses, and communicate if you need to leave early one day, for example Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The new software doesn't allow you to see and sign the certificates of your salary. I mean, here, in Argentina, you have to sign a paper (now online) if you are agree with the amount of money that the company desposit in your salary account. I liked that It said how many days left every employee had for their licenses, so you could tracked them as a chief or for yourself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It was super contrainuitive. Its interface was complicated, we needed 2 trainings to know the basics and even then, we have a lot of dobuts and dificulties in its use everytime we logged. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
