It’s very user-friendly and has been especially helpful for onboarding and new starter processes, particularly as we’re a remote-first organisation. After working with Cezanne for the past few months, the training they have provided, along with additional support as needed, has been incredibly helpful. We are now able to effectively navigate the system. Currently, we use Cezanne as our HR platform for booking holidays and managing forms (such as expenses). It is a very comprehensive platform, both for administrators and for end users. We started out as just one organisation but have now onboarded an additional 3 companies and this has been very successful.

When there are problems or questions the support team are very helpful and respond swiftly.

The biggest frustration is not being able to report on sickness absence by line manager as these details are held in different parts of the system, however we have our workarounds for this.
