In our company, we use Certifier.io for issuing certifications to our customers. Our experience with this software has been positive, offering a straightforward solution to our certification needs.
The user-friendly interface of Certifier.io stands out, making it accessible for all team members, regardless of their technical skills. This ease of use has been a time-saver, allowing us to focus on other important aspects of our business.
The certifications produced are professional and visually appealing, meeting our standards and receiving good feedback from our customers.
In summary, we are satisfied with Certifier.io. It has streamlined our certification process and maintained a level of quality that meets our expectations. We recommend it for businesses in need of a reliable certification tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There was nothing about Certifier.io that we found unsatisfactory. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The generation of professional certificates with design based on templates - or free to suit it to our own branding. We use the integration with forms through Zap, which makes the process automatic - and it works perfect! Saves us A LOT of time. We're really happy with this product. Have actually not discovered anyone yet. Maybe the editor could have some more features and flexibilty. We tried to creat our own frames/text boxes with lines, but the editor only allow single lines, which are difficult to match perfectly so that it creates a perfect frame / text box. I was excited to find Certifier because it fit my parameters for a free tool I could use to create a certificate for my pilot participants. I will only have a handful of participants, so the 250 certificates/year limit for the free tier was perfect for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So far, I think the format is pretty great, and intuitive to use. One weird thing bugging me -- the email recipients recieve is missing a 'the' before the group name. Would be great to add an option to include that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The most helpful thing about Certifier is the turn-around time it provides. I can pre make all of our company certificates and then for future use, simply add the employee's name and print! This has made awarding employees for their hard work and training so much easier! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have nothing to list for dislikes about this company, everything was super easy to use and set up! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Very intuitive interface, good templates and ease of use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Only one feature is lacking in certifier that some of the competitor has. However this feature does not affect the fact that certifier is a far better quality than other similar products.
That feature is the ability to have a end-use profile page, where they can share one link to display all the credentials they hold. My company certifies end users in many different credentials, therefore if would be very useful in my case if they can share one page to identify that.
Some competitors like badgecert have that feature.
I think it's very easy for certifier to implement but I'm not sure if it's in their roadmap.
Example of missing feature referencing a competitor website

They offer great pricing so it was easy to go ahead for certifier. They have both badges & certificates that you can make through there simple designer( very simple/basic doesnt have much functionality) There contact importer is ok. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There designer & exporting: 1. there designer is not top-notch its just very simple, I would have loved to see more functionality. 2. though sending certificates through certifier works out, once you need to download them (export) it takes quite the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The functionality, platform and ease of use. Start up and implementation took about 10 minutes from signing in to being ready to issue my first certificate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've only used certifer for a few days now, but so far I've found nothing I dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about Certifier is its capacity to ensure the authenticity of information, fostering trust and reliability. Its most helpful aspect is its ability to verify data accuracy, which is invaluable in many situations. The upsides of using Certifier include its potential to combat misinformation and enhance credibility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As for dislikes, some might find limitations in its ability to detect subtle misinformation or concerns about over-reliance on automated verification processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

that its really quick and has a very flexible free plan. You can make up to 250 Certificates in the Free version. It has tons of free templates to choose from and it automatically distributes your certificates too. Its organizational features are awesome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would like it to have a better designing interface, despite the already greate built in one I would like to see some more customizability like Canva Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

First it is very easy to use. Very user friendly. There is a lot of things to add your certificate. We had already created a certificate from Canva we were going to email them manualy but when we discover Certifier we could easily add that design and sent it in couple clicks. It is very expensive. Especially for developing countries. I realy not noticed much but designs can be more attractive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
