CertCrowd provides a user friendly platform with a baseline that helps an organisation to easily develop a management system that complies with the requirements of various ISO (and other) standards. It is plug and play solution. Some effort is still needed to make sure that the management system is tailored to an organisation's specific operating model. CertCrowd simplifies the implementation of ISO27001 (and other quality/compliance Standards) in any business. As a Consultant, I have seen many businesses struggle with the development and implementation of quality systems and CertCrowd takes away all of the complexity through its seamless layout and home page dashboard. I started my search for GRC solutions and came across a number of different solutions but the freemium model of CertCrowd is what made me first try it out. Being able to quickly get into a demo without a lot of hassle made CertCrowd my first choice to try out. Once I was in, I found the Getting Started steps super helpful in walking me through how to use the software and getting me up and running. I have also found the product to be very well documented which adds to its easy of use.

I am using the product to help set up and manage our ISO 9001 QMS. I really like the fact that that CertCrowd breaks down the requirements of ISO 9001 and puts suggestive text in easy to understand language. It also comes with a template QMS manual that helps me get over the "blank page" issue when working to develop our own manual. My team has found this very helpful.

I also like the registers feature of the software. This is allowing us to replace all of the Excel files that we have scattered across our files shares and SharePoint. It is great to have a single place to find this data and with the action system, we get reminders when we need to review them!

The last thing I want to mention is the support. I have had to email them with a couple of questions and I received my answers quickly. Poor support is a killer for any product that I am looking at.

Given that meeting ISO standards and completing all the required processes and tasks, I have found nothing better on the market that is has the great combination of being so comprehensive yet so flexible at the same time. All of my clients with ISO accreditations use it. Not only does cover the numerous certifications that might have but it has an extremely helpful module that covers the complete ISO requirements making it a none stop shop.
