I use Breathe primarily for stress management and daily mindfulness. It’s my go-to app when I need quick breathing exercises during work breaks or when I’m feeling overwhelmed and want to reset my focus. The app is simple and practical, not feeling overwhelming or cluttered, making it easy to open and use even when stressed. I appreciate the guided breathing exercises being clear and well-paced, so I can just follow along and relax. I really like the short session lengths, even a 2–5 minute exercise makes a noticeable difference, which is perfect during work breaks or before sleep. The visual and audio cues are calming without being distracting, and the overall design feels soothing. Another standout aspect is the app's consistency. Breathe helps me build a daily breathing habit without feeling like a chore, supporting ongoing stress management and mindfulness with regular, repeatable use. The initial setup was very easy and quick, with a smooth and beginner-friendly experience, allowing me to use Breathe consistently from day one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While Breathe works really well for basic breathing and relaxation, there are a few areas where it could be improved. One thing is the limited variety in exercises. The core breathing sessions are effective, but over time they can start to feel repetitive. Adding more advanced techniques or themed sessions for focus, anxiety, or energy would keep things more engaging. Another area is personalization. It would be helpful to customize session length, breathing pace, or goals based on personal needs. Right now, the experience feels more one-size-fits all. Lastly, some progress tracking or insights would add value. Being able to see streaks, usage patterns, or simple feedback on consistency could help with motivation. These aren’t major issues, but improving variety, customization, and tracking would make Breathe even more useful for long-term daily use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
