Like it's so easy to access and I cannot feel any lag or delay when I click any of their buttons. Tech Support Team is really helpful when I asked them questions. Actually, and honestly, I cannot think of any bad experiences when I use CentralReach because it's convenient, and you won't feel any hassle at all because it's no lag or delay. The thing I dislike about central reach is that there are times that when they send out maintenance patches, there are still a few things or glitches that comes along with it which makes it somehow time consuming for the users to get resolve and when urgency is at hand, it gets very inconvenient. Some downsides include the fact that central reach will sometimes be down and sometimes it can be down for a whole day. This does not occur horribly often but it still happens often enough to be noticeable and irritating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
